(\u00abAvaya\u00bb o la \u00abCompa\u00f1\u00eda\u00bb) anunci\u00f3 que complet\u00f3 con \u00e9xito su reestructuraci\u00f3n de deuda y sali\u00f3 del Cap\u00edtulo 11.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste es el comienzo de un nuevo e\u00a0 importante cap\u00edtulo para Avaya\u00bb, dijo Jim Chirico, presidente y CEO de Avaya. \u00abEn menos de un a\u00f1o, desde el inicio de nuestra reestructuraci\u00f3n del cap\u00edtulo 11, Avaya ha surgido como una empresa que cotiza en bolsa con unos estados financieros\u00a0 significativamente fortalecidos. En conjunto, redujimos nuestra carga de la deuda anterior en aproximadamente $3,000 millones y salimos hoy con m\u00e1s de $300 millones en efectivo en nuestros estados financiero. La reducci\u00f3n de nuestra deuda y otras obligaciones a largo plazo tambi\u00e9n mejorar\u00e1n el flujo de efectivo anual en aproximadamente $300 millones en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o fiscal 2016\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTenemos la flexibilidad que necesitamos para invertir en los grandes y crecientes\u00a0 mercados de Contact Centers y Comunicaciones Unificadas a medida que completamos nuestra transformaci\u00f3n a un proveedor de Software, Servicios y Soluciones en la Nube\u00bb, agreg\u00f3 Chirico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon un nuevo consejo de administraci\u00f3n y equipo de liderazgo firmemente establecido, Avaya est\u00e1 ahora bien posicionada para ejecutar su plan de crecimiento, rentabilidad y garantizar el valor esperado por nuestras partes interesadas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Avaya est\u00e1 tomando las medidas necesarias para cotizar en la Bolsa de Valores de Nueva York.
