{"id":30558,"date":"2018-01-16T11:13:15","date_gmt":"2018-01-16T16:13:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=30558"},"modified":"2018-01-16T11:13:15","modified_gmt":"2018-01-16T16:13:15","slug":"chedraui-preve-abrir-44-tiendas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=30558","title":{"rendered":"Chedraui prev\u00e9 abrir 44 tiendas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30559\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/chedraui.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"769\" height=\"465\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/chedraui.jpg 769w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/chedraui-300x181.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/chedraui-585x354.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 769px) 100vw, 769px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"first\">Grupo Comercial<strong> Chedraui<\/strong> dio a conocer que este a\u00f1o prev\u00e9 la apertura de 44 sucursales en sus diferentes formatos, y proyecta un crecimiento en ventas a mismas tiendas en M\u00e9xico de entre cuatro y cinco por ciento y en Estados Unidos de entre dos y tres por ciento.<\/p>\n<p>Al dar a conocer su gu\u00eda de resultados para el ejercicio 2018 en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), la empresa precis\u00f3 que en M\u00e9xico considera la apertura de 42 sucursales, con una distribuci\u00f3n de 30 por ciento en <strong>Tiendas Chedraui<\/strong> y de 70 por ciento en formatos de menor tama\u00f1o, como<strong> S\u00faper Chedraui<\/strong>, <strong>Superch\u00e9 <\/strong>o<strong> Supercito<\/strong>, mientras que en Estados Unidos la expectativa es de dos nuevas sucursales.<\/p>\n<p>Proyect\u00f3 un crecimiento en ingresos totales consolidados entre 8.0 y 9.0 por ciento, mientras que la inversi\u00f3n en activos para 2018 ser\u00e1 alrededor de 3.8 por ciento de los ingresos consolidados, lo que le permitir\u00e1 pasar de un crecimiento de 3.3 por ciento en piso de venta, en 2017, a entre 5.0 y seis por ciento en 2018. En autoservicio, Chedraui espera un incremento en el margen Ebitda en M\u00e9xico entre 20 y 30 puntos base, y en el mismo segmento en Estados Unidos proyecta un crecimiento entre 10 y 20 puntos base, por una combinaci\u00f3n de mejor margen bruto y una mejor relaci\u00f3n de gastos sobre venta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDada la reducci\u00f3n de la tasa impositiva en Estados Unidos, se espera que la tasa efectiva de impuestos disminuya a nivel consolidado en relaci\u00f3n con 2017 en funci\u00f3n de las reglas que establezcan las autoridades mexicanas para el tratamiento de inversiones en el
