La Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Competencia Econ\u00f3mica (<strong>Cofece<\/strong>) inici\u00f3 investigaciones al Grupo<strong> Aerom\u00e9xico<\/strong> y <strong>Volari<\/strong>s por la posible comisi\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas monop\u00f3licas absolutas en el servicio de transporte a\u00e9reo de pasajeros a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aerom\u00e9xico<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que se encuentran analizando el contenido del dictamen, que -aseguran- est\u00e1 fundado en la anterior Ley Federal de Competencia Econ\u00f3mica por tratarse de hechos que habr\u00edan ocurrido en la d\u00e9cada pasada, public\u00f3<strong> La Jornada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo \u00e1ereo indic\u00f3 que no ha sido imputado y que solo fue notificado a efecto de ejercer su garant\u00eda de audiencia con la finalidad de esclarecer los hechos y establecer su defensa.<\/p>\n<p>En tal sentido, indic\u00f3 que la aerol\u00ednea continuar\u00e1 cooperando con la Cofece a los fines de dar respuesta al dictamen de Probable Responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto<strong>, Volaris<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que se encuentra analizando el contenido del dictamen de la investigaci\u00f3n, que corresponde al periodo de abril de 2008 y febrero de 2010.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVolaris cooperar\u00e1 con la autoridad, dar\u00e1 cumplimiento cabal a todas las leyes aplicables de la materia y dar\u00e1 respuesta ejerciendo todos los medios de defensa a su alcance\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que, en el caso de que la resoluci\u00f3n ordene la imposici\u00f3n de una multa, no tendr\u00eda un efecto adverso en el desempe\u00f1o de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Advirti\u00f3 que la multa m\u00e1xima establecida en la Ley Federal de Competencia Econ\u00f3mica vigente al momento en el que, conforme al dictamen, presuntivamente se cometieron las conductas por parte de las aerol\u00edneas involucradas, es de aproximadamente US$4.6
