del<strong> Senado de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 la iniciativa que propone regular el<strong> turismo todo incluido<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de<strong> proteger<\/strong> a las<strong> micro<\/strong>, <strong>peque\u00f1as<\/strong> y<strong> medianas empresas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma propone facultar a la<strong> Secretar\u00eda de Turismo<\/strong> (Sectur) para fortalecer y promover las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas <strong>tur\u00edsticas<\/strong>, garantizando que las condiciones de oferta fomenten una competencia sana e incluyente para que no sean desplazadas.<\/p>\n<p>La senadora <strong>Luz Mar\u00eda Beristain<\/strong>, del<strong> Partido del Trabajo<\/strong> (PT), impulsora de la reforma, dijo que se establece una disposici\u00f3n que <strong>proh\u00edbe<\/strong> la<strong> concentraci\u00f3n<\/strong> estricta de<strong> servicios tur\u00edsticos<\/strong> en un <strong>prestador<\/strong> o <strong>establecimiento<\/strong>, sin que ello implique prohibir los paquetes \u201ctodo incluido\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al fundamentar su iniciativa para modificar la <strong>Ley General de Turismo<\/strong>, la legisladora expuso que el objetivo es alcanzar un desarrollo tur\u00edstico incluyente y equitativo entre los sectores social y privado, garantizando que el desarrollo tur\u00edstico integre a los diversos sectores sociales en condiciones de equidad, as\u00ed como prohibir la concentraci\u00f3n estricta de servicios tur\u00edsticos en un solo prestador.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luz Mar\u00eda Beristian<\/strong> coment\u00f3 que con esta iniciativa, el turista tendr\u00e1 el derecho a solicitar en cualquier momento la cancelaci\u00f3n de los servicios contratados, en cuyo caso no se podr\u00e1 establecer una penalizaci\u00f3n desproporcionada.<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Turismo<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que el rumbo que tom\u00f3 el turismo en los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os aunque ha sido exitoso, tambi\u00e9n ha generado contrastes y desigualdades en el mismo
