Con una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de 65 mdp se proyecta la construcci\u00f3n del Hotel La Isla Canc\u00fan, con un total de 140 habitaciones, adem\u00e1s de un nivel de azotea con una alberca e instalaciones de recreaci\u00f3n como bar, lounge, asoleadero, sanitarios y elevadores para el acceso.<\/p>\n

El hotel se proyecta construir sobre el nivel de azotea del edificio uno del predio que corresponde a plaza La Isla; el promovente es Deutsche Bank M\u00e9xico, instituci\u00f3n de banca m\u00faltiple, divisi\u00f3n fiduciaria, que seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 ya ingres\u00f3 la Manifestaci\u00f3n de Impacto Ambiental correspondiente ante la Semarnat.<\/p>\n

El proyecto contempla una construcci\u00f3n de 16 metros de altura, en donde adem\u00e1s se contar\u00e1 con instalaciones auxiliares como una subestaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, cuarto de calderas y cuarto de m\u00e1quinas.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan se dio a conocer, el gasto anual de operaci\u00f3n del proyecto hotelero est\u00e1 calculado en 10.75 mdp, con un promedio de gasto mensual arriba de 800 mil pesos.<\/p>\n

Este hotel se sumar\u00e1 a los servicios con los que cuenta plaza La Isla, ubicada en el kil\u00f3metro 12.2 del bulevar Kukulc\u00e1n, en donde actualmente se construye la segunda etapa, que consta de seis edificios de dos niveles y uno de un nivel, en los que se instalar\u00e1n cines, restaurantes con terrazas y tiendas de prestigiadas marcas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
