{"id":32063,"date":"2018-05-16T12:04:09","date_gmt":"2018-05-16T17:04:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=32063"},"modified":"2018-05-16T12:09:45","modified_gmt":"2018-05-16T17:09:45","slug":"hotusa-barcelo-y-pv-entre-los-compradores-de-11-hoteles-de-banco-sabadell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=32063","title":{"rendered":"Hotusa, Barcel\u00f3 y P&#038;V entre los compradores de 11 hoteles de Banco Sabadell"},"content":{"rendered":"<header><\/header>\n<div class=\"pub-copy\">\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32064\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sabadell-hi-partners_10_670x355.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sabadell-hi-partners_10_670x355.jpg 670w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sabadell-hi-partners_10_670x355-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/sabadell-hi-partners_10_670x355-585x310.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 670px) 100vw, 670px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Banco Sabadell <\/strong>se ha desprendido en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o de 11 activos hoteleros en total, despu\u00e9s de acordar la venta de su filial <strong>HI Partners<\/strong> al fondo americano <strong>Blackstone Group<\/strong>, operaci\u00f3n culminada en diciembre pasado. <strong>Sabadell cierra la venta de HI Partners a Blackstone por 630,7 MDE.<\/strong> El <strong>Grupo Hotusa, Barcel\u00f3 Hotel Group, el franc\u00e9s Pierre &amp; Vacances, Artiem Hotels, AA Hoteles <\/strong>y<strong> Kesse Invests<\/strong> ha sido los compradores de estos once hoteles por un monto total de <strong>35 millones de euros<\/strong>, seg\u00fan han explicado a <strong>HOSTELTUR noticias de turismo fuentes<\/strong> <strong>de la entidad financiera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\">\n<p>Los hoteles vendidos son el <strong>Barcel\u00f3 Estepona<\/strong> y el <strong>Asta Regia Hotel Jerez de la Frontera<\/strong>, ambos vendidos a Hotusa; el <strong>Barcel\u00f3 Oviedo<\/strong>, adquirido por Barcel\u00f3; el <strong>Balt Hotel Spa<\/strong> de Gij\u00f3n, por Artiem Hotels; el <strong>AC Lleida<\/strong>, por AA Hoteles; los apartamentos <strong>Empuria Brava Marina<\/strong>, comprados por Pierre &amp; Vacances; y el <strong>Aparthotel Augusta<\/strong>, de Bo\u00ed Ta\u00fcll, que ha ido a parar a la sociedad Kesse Invest.<\/p>\n<p>A estos siete hoteles se suman otros cuatro, <strong>Barcelona Gate, Margas Golf, Cunit<\/strong>y <strong>La Selva<\/strong>, cuyo comprador no puede darse a conocer por acuerdos de confidencialidad, seg\u00fan explican desde Banco Sabadell.<\/p>\n<p>Anteriormente, la venta de Hi Partners, saldada por 630,7 millones de euros, gener\u00f3 una plusval\u00eda neta de <strong>55 millones para Banco Sabadell<\/strong>. La cartera estaba formada en este caso por <strong>14 hoteles de categor\u00eda superior que suman 3.700 habitaciones<\/strong>.
