class=\"m_-7041847864792099314MsoNoSpacing\">La Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (<em>Profepa<\/em>), clausur\u00f3 de manera Total Temporal, obras y actividades de Cambio de Uso de Suelo en Terrenos Forestales en tres predios localizados en el Municipio de <strong>Puerto Morelos<\/strong>.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-7041847864792099314MsoNoSpacing\">Inspectores de la <em>Profepa<\/em> hicieron cuatro visitas de inspecci\u00f3n en materia de Cambio de Uso de Suelo en Terrenos Forestales del municipio de Puerto Morelos, donde se realizaban actividades de remoci\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n, con la finalidad de verificar si se contaba o no con la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente emitida por la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (<em>Semarnat<\/em>).\u00a0<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-7041847864792099314MsoNoSpacing\">Como resultado se detect\u00f3 que en tres de los predios inspeccionados se carec\u00eda de la documentaci\u00f3n que acreditara la autorizaci\u00f3n en materia de Cambio de Uso de Suelo en Terrenos Forestales, en los cuales se realiz\u00f3 la remoci\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n nativa, relleno de las \u00e1reas y construcci\u00f3n de una caba\u00f1a r\u00fastica, con\u00a0 afectaci\u00f3n a una superficie de 11 mil 940 metros cuadrados (1.194 hect\u00e1reas), en tanto que en el cuarto predio inspeccionado no se observaron actividades de cambio de uso de suelo ni irregularidades.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-7041847864792099314MsoNoSpacing\">En la superficie afectada se realiz\u00f3 la remoci\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n natural nativa de Selva Mediana Subperennifolia y Manglar, con presencia de especies listadas en la NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010 bajo la categor\u00eda de amenazadas, tales como\u00a0<i>Avicennia germinans, Laguncularia racemosa, Conocarpus erectus\u00a0<\/i>y<i>\u00a0Thrinax radiata<\/i>.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-7041847864792099314MsoNoSpacing\">Con el prop\u00f3sito de evitar se contin\u00fae con la afectaci\u00f3n al ambiente, se dict\u00f3 como medida de seguridad la Clausura Temporal Total de las obras y actividades realizadas, de conformidad con lo se\u00f1alado en el art\u00edculo 161, fracci\u00f3n II, de la Ley General de Desarrollo Forestal Sustentable (LGDFS).<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-7041847864792099314MsoNoSpacing\">Los responsables de realizar el cambio de uso de suelo en terrenos forestales, sin contar con la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente, podr\u00edan alcanzar una multa de 100 a 20 mil veces la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n vigentes, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 165, fracci\u00f3n II, de la LGDFS.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; La
