La entrada de estas compa\u00f1\u00edas en el sector del viaje y su capacidad como intermediarios para reunir y utilizar con destreza tanta informaci\u00f3n personal sobre los clientes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<strong>Creo que estamos en una guerra absoluta por qui\u00e9n es el due\u00f1o del cliente, y es una guerra a largo plazo<\/strong>. Sin duda est\u00e1n tratando de llevarse a nuestros clientes, quieren ser sus due\u00f1os\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 <strong>Arne Sorenson<\/strong>, CEO de <strong>Marriott International<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para ser sinceros, dijo, la industria hotelera competir\u00e1 con Airbnb durante a\u00f1os por lo que la cadena lejos de preocuparse de este asunto decidi\u00f3 dar el salto al home sharing e incluso ya considera que esta pata del negocio puede ser complementaria a su actividad principal.<\/p>\n<p>A juicio de <strong>Christopher Nassetta<\/strong>, CEO de <strong>Hilton<\/strong>, \u00abel mundo se est\u00e1 ocupando de eso (Airbnb)\u00bb, ya que los gobiernos han comenzado a adoptar reglas para nivelar las reglas de juego entre las compa\u00f1\u00edas de econom\u00eda colaborativa y las hoteleras.<\/p>\n<p>Para ganar la batalla de la propiedad de los clientes, el CEO de <strong>AcccorHotels<\/strong>, S\u00e9bastien Bazin, apunt\u00f3 que las cadenas necesitan aprovechar todas las oportunidades para interactuar directamente con ellos. \u00abTienen toda la informaci\u00f3n sobre m\u00ed, pero nunca me han conocido. Solo tenemos que aprovechar ese momento &#8230; ese momento de interfaz es muy valioso\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Un an\u00e1lisis en el que Nassetta estuvo de acuerdo. \u00abEn cierto sentido,<strong> es una pena para nosotros si no somos due\u00f1os del cliente. Duermen con nosotros, comen con nosotros.
