Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (<em><strong>Profepa<\/strong><\/em>) clausur\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 2,200 metros cuadrados en dos predios localizados dentro del pol\u00edgono del \u00c1rea Natural Protegida \u201c<em><strong>Parque Nacional Tulum<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, en el municipio de Tulum, por obras y actividades de construcci\u00f3n que afectaron\u00a0el ecosistema de la <strong><em>Selva Mediana Subperennifolia<\/em><\/strong>, en la cual habitan ejemplares de Chechem negro (<em>Metopium brownei<\/em>), Chaca rojo (<em>Bursera simaruba<\/em>), Tzalam (<em>Lysiloma bahamensis<\/em>), Chicozapote (<em>Manilkara zapota<\/em>), Chakteviga (<em>Caesalpinia platyloba<\/em>), Jab\u00edn (<em>Piscidia piscipula<\/em>) y Palma chit (<em>Thrinax radiata<\/em>), entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Personal actuante de la Profepa efectu\u00f3\u00a0visita de inspecci\u00f3n en materia de Impacto Ambiental en dos predios ubicados en la Avenida Ruinas Tamul de esa localidad, para constatar el cumplimiento de la legislaci\u00f3n ambiental vigente en las obras y actividades detectadas.<\/p>\n<p>Se localiz\u00f3 un primer proyecto en un predio de 1,919.78 metros cuadrados<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>en el que se observaron una terraza, dos construcciones: palapa, andadores y estacionamiento, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PROFEPA_Clausura-dos-proyectos-inmobiliarios-PNTULUM-4.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-32498\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PROFEPA_Clausura-dos-proyectos-inmobiliarios-PNTULUM-4-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PROFEPA_Clausura-dos-proyectos-inmobiliarios-PNTULUM-4-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/PROFEPA_Clausura-dos-proyectos-inmobiliarios-PNTULUM-4.jpg 606w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En un segundo proyecto, en un predio de 375.96 metros cuadrados, se encontr\u00f3 una construcci\u00f3n de 3 niveles y una bodega, incluyendo a\u00a0una persona realizando actividades de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Al momento de la\u00a0 inspecci\u00f3n, el responsable no acredit\u00f3 contar con autorizaci\u00f3n en materia de Impacto Ambiental, por lo que durante la diligencia se determin\u00f3 la clausura total temporal por las construcciones, obras y actividades realizadas.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones, la Profepa fortalece su compromiso de garantizar la conservaci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n y el cuidado del<em><strong> medio ambiente<\/strong><\/em>, mediante las actividades de inspecci\u00f3n y vigilancia, para verificar el cumplimiento de la Normatividad Ambiental
