United Airlines<\/strong>, la l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea que junto con su filial United Express<\/strong> transport\u00f3 148 millones de pasajeros en 2017, incorpor\u00f3 recientemente a su flota de m\u00e1s de 700 aviones el nuevo Boeing 777-300 ER<\/strong>, lo que fue motivo de una gran celebraci\u00f3n. Directivos y empleados latinoamericanos de United Airlines recibieron la aeronave en un evento realizado en la f\u00e1brica de Boeing en Everett, Washington.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s del festejo por la incorporaci\u00f3n de la nueva aeronave, conmemoraron sus 50 a\u00f1os de operaciones en M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y 25 en Ecuador<\/strong>; S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong> y R\u00edo de Janeir<\/strong>o, en Brasil<\/strong>, y Buenos Aires<\/strong>, Argentina<\/strong>; por tal motivo empleados de United de esos cuatro pa\u00edses fueron invitados a Seattle, Washington, para estar presentes en la entrega, esto como reconocimiento a su trabajo.<\/p>\n

\u201cEs un privilegio estar aqu\u00ed. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas personas realmente pueden hacer un viaje como este? Entrar a la f\u00e1brica, ver c\u00f3mo construyeron el avi\u00f3n y luego volar en \u00e9l. Es un privilegio\u201d, dijo Edith Miranda, supervisora en el Aeropuerto Internacional del Baj\u00edo en Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, quien trabaja en United desde hace 22 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

United Airlines y United Express operan alrededor de cuatro mil 600 vuelos diarios a 354 aeropuertos en cinco continentes. En 2017, United y United Express operaron m\u00e1s de 1.6 millones de vuelos.<\/p>\n
