residencial para clientes de alto poder adquisitivo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 300 millones de pesos, <strong>Grupo Cumbres<\/strong>, empresa con 30 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la construcci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos, emprende un nuevo desarrollo inmobiliario en Canc\u00fan, el cual se sumar\u00e1 a los cinco <strong>complejos residenciales<\/strong> que edific\u00f3 durante 2006-20014 en<strong> Quintana Ro<\/strong>o.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-32676 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/FACHADA.jpeg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"183\" height=\"149\" \/>A lo largo de su trayectoria, el grupo de capital mexicano invirti\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 110 millones de d\u00f3lares en la construcci\u00f3n de los desarrollos residenciales <strong>Cumbres, Palmaris, Arbolada, Aqua y Cumbres Chetumal<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de la edificaci\u00f3n de complejos comerciales como Plaza Pabell\u00f3n Cumbres y los hoteles City Express, en la capital del estado, y Hampton Inn, de la cadena Hilton, en Canc\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gabriela Pi\u00f1a<\/strong>,<strong> gerente de Ventas-Enlaces Comerciales de Grupo Cumbres<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que el nuevo proyecto,<strong> Residencial R\u00edo<\/strong>, se construir\u00e1 en una superficie de 23 hect\u00e1reas, donde habr\u00e1 650 lotes unifamiliares que van desde 160 a 240 m2, tres parques tem\u00e1ticos, casa club, ciclopista y un \u00e1rea comercial y de servicios, entre proyecto, el cual es el sexto de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, est\u00e1 en proceso de urbanizaci\u00f3n para empezar a entregar los primeros lotes en enero del siguiente a\u00f1o y est\u00e1 enfocado principalmente al mercado de alto poder adquisitivo, donde los clientes estar\u00e1n en condiciones de construir la casa de sus sue\u00f1os, e incluso tambi\u00e9n es un plan enfocado a desarrolladores secundarios e inversionistas\u201d, mencion\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La ejecutiva del grupo que se fund\u00f3 como tal en 2005, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la empresa cuenta a\u00fan con reserva territorial en la misma zona para continuar con el desarrollo de proyectos residenciales de calidad y con certeza jur\u00eddica. \u201cEsta parte de Canc\u00fan tiene una alta plusval\u00eda, que permite seguir la expansi\u00f3n del consorcio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32677\"
