class=\"m_6620594911065633040xxxxmsonormal\"><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0La Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (PROFEPA), derivado de una denuncia, verific\u00f3 la tala de 134 \u00e1rboles localizados en el camell\u00f3n de la carretera Puerto Morelos-Playa del Carmen, a la altura de los kil\u00f3metros 314 y 319, en los municipios de Puerto Morelos y Solidaridad, Quintana Roo.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6620594911065633040xxxxmsonormal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Como resultado, en el kil\u00f3metro 314 de la citada carretera, en el municipio de Solidaridad, se cuantificaron 100 tocones con di\u00e1metros entre 2 y 7 cm de las especies vegetales: Jab\u00edn (<i>Piscidia piscipula<\/i>), Akit\u00b4s (<i>Thevetia ahouai<\/i>), Ceiba (<i>Ceiba pentandra<\/i>), Chaca Rojo (<i>Bursera simaruba<\/i>), Ciricote (<i>Cordia dodecandra<\/i>), Pomolche (<i>Jatropha curcas<\/i>) y Cedro (<i>Cedrela odorata<\/i>), \u00e9sta \u00faltima listada en la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010, en estatus de Protecci\u00f3n especial (Pr).<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/PROFEPA_Tala-de-a\u0301rboles-Puerto-Morelos-Playa-del-Carmen-1.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-32766\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/PROFEPA_Tala-de-a\u0301rboles-Puerto-Morelos-Playa-del-Carmen-1-300x203.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/PROFEPA_Tala-de-a\u0301rboles-Puerto-Morelos-Playa-del-Carmen-1-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/PROFEPA_Tala-de-a\u0301rboles-Puerto-Morelos-Playa-del-Carmen-1-585x397.jpg 585w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/PROFEPA_Tala-de-a\u0301rboles-Puerto-Morelos-Playa-del-Carmen-1.jpg 630w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6620594911065633040xxxxmsonormal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Asimismo, en el kil\u00f3metro 319, municipio de Puerto Morelos, se midieron 34 tocones de entre 5 y 8 cm de di\u00e1metro de las especies: Jab\u00edn (<i>Piscidia piscipula<\/i>), Akit\u00b4s (<i>Thevetia ahouai<\/i>) y Ya\u2019axnik (<i>Vitex gaumeri<\/i>).<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6620594911065633040xxxxmsonormal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Personal de Medio Ambiente y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico del municipio de Solidaridad, refiri\u00f3 que las plantas taladas son parte de una reforestaci\u00f3n realizada hace cinco a\u00f1os por el mismo Ayuntamiento, desconociendo qui\u00e9n o quienes llevaron a cabo las actividades de tala.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6620594911065633040xxxxmsonormal\"><span lang=\"ES\">Se levant\u00f3 acta circunstanciada en contra de quien resulte responsable por la afectaci\u00f3n, en espec\u00edfico a la especie listada en la NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010, como es el caso del Cedro, sujeto a Protecci\u00f3n especial (Pr).<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_6620594911065633040xxxxmsonormal\">De acuerdo a la Ley General de Vida Silvestre (LGVS), su Reglamento y las disposiciones de las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas, las violaciones cometidas podr\u00e1n ser sancionadas con la imposici\u00f3n de una multa por el equivalente de 50 a 50,000 Unidades de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n vigente en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, y conforme a lo previsto en el art\u00edculo 418 del C\u00f3digo Penal Federal, dichas conductas pueden derivar en un delito penal y se podr\u00e1 imponer una pena de seis meses a nueve a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0La
