Shanken<\/strong>, editor de<strong> Wine Spectator<\/strong>. \u00abSus cartas de vinos siguen mejorando porque los amantes del vino est\u00e1n ansiosos por explorar y aprender. El objetivo de nuestros premios para restaurantes es apoyar su selecci\u00f3n de vinos y darles visibilidad en el mercado a trav\u00e9s de difusi\u00f3n en nuestros medios impresos, digitales y redes sociales. Wine Spectator felicita a todos los restaurantes galardonados con los Premios para restaurantes 2018\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEstamos muy satisfechos con la inclusi\u00f3n selectiva de este a\u00f1o de los restaurantes en Paradisus Playa del Carmen\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el director general del hotel, Conrad Bergwerf. \u00abNuestros chefs de primer nivel y el personal de nuestros restaurantes trabajan conjuntamente para hacer una cuidadosa selecci\u00f3n de sus vinos y complementar as\u00ed los diversos tipos de cocina que se ofrecen en el resort. Hay tres categor\u00edas de reconocimiento: el Premio a la Excelencia (Award of Excellence), el Mejor de los Premios a la Excelencia (Best of Award of Exellence) y el Gran Premio (Grand Award), con 2,453, 1,215 y 91 ganadores este a\u00f1o respectivamente en cada categor\u00eda. Siete de los restaurantes que han obtenido el Gran Premio son nuevos en la lista.<br \/>\nLa Palapa, Fuego, Mole y Vento han obtenido el premio \u201cAward of Excellence\u201d, que reconoce a los restaurantes que tienen una carta de vinos bien configurada y surtida, con referencias de productores de calidad y que, adem\u00e1s, combina y armoniza perfectamente en precio y estilo con la oferta gastron\u00f3mica que ofrece el establecimiento. La Palapa ofrece un ambiente que combina la comida al aire libre, con alta cocina y exquisitos platos a la carta. Por su parte, Fuego es un restaurante latinoamericano muy atractivo que sirve platos modernos de fusi\u00f3n latina, mientras que Mole ofrece una aut\u00e9ntica y exclusiva experiencia culinaria mexicana. Finalmente, Vento ofrece un ambiente mediterr\u00e1neo con iluminaci\u00f3n tenue y un men\u00fa fresco y ligero inspirado en diversos pa\u00edses de la cuenca mediterr\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32824\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/image003-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/image003-2.jpg 330w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/image003-2-300x207.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p>El restaurante Passion del chef de ocho estrellas Michelin, Martin Berasategui, gan\u00f3 el premio en la categor\u00eda \u201cBest of Award of Excellence\u201d que se otorga a los restaurantes con una carta de vinos m\u00e1s extensa, grandes vinos a\u00f1ejos y una excelente selecci\u00f3n de vinos de las distintas regiones del mundo. Paradisus, que desde 2011 mantiene con el chef Berasategui una colaboraci\u00f3n exclusiva en todos los resorts Paradisus by Meli\u00e1, ofrece a sus clientes un nivel \u00fanico de calidad y servicio
