Contar\u00e1 con la participaci\u00f3n de grandes representantes de la <em><strong>gastronom\u00eda<\/strong><\/em> espa\u00f1ola como Alejandro S\u00e1nchez, sin dejar a lado la cocina tradicional mexicana. Una de los eventos imperdibles de este magno evento es la cena-maridaje a 6 manos por los Chefs Najla Vargas, Pedro Abascal y Xavier P\u00e9rez Stone.<br \/>\nEsta edici\u00f3n del Festival Gourmet Barcel\u00f3 se est\u00e1 preparando para ser una de las ediciones con m\u00e1s innovaci\u00f3n y deliciosas sorpresas. Sin duda ser\u00e1 un evento gastron\u00f3mico en donde los colores, aromas, esencias e historias se unan nuevamente para dar un gran sabor a la <strong><em>Riviera
