{"id":32882,"date":"2018-08-01T12:29:40","date_gmt":"2018-08-01T17:29:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=32882"},"modified":"2018-08-24T11:34:08","modified_gmt":"2018-08-24T16:34:08","slug":"responsabilidad-social-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=32882","title":{"rendered":"Aromas y sabores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-32883 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/toks-latitud21-caribe-mexicano.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/toks-latitud21-caribe-mexicano.jpg 600w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/toks-latitud21-caribe-mexicano-300x167.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/toks-latitud21-caribe-mexicano-585x325.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>El 20% de los art\u00edculos y alimentos que comercializa la cadena Toks en sus restaurantes provienen de productores y proveedores rurales del pa\u00eds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con la comercializaci\u00f3n de los productos de comunidades rurales, entre alimentos y no alimentos, la cadena restaurantera Toks, que forma parte del Grupo Gigante, prev\u00e9 en este a\u00f1o generar una derrama econ\u00f3mica de casi 50 millones de pesos en estas comunidades, donde actualmente beneficia a m\u00e1s de 12 mil 500 personas.<\/p>\n<p>Al sumar cada mes nuevas localidades rurales como productoras y proveedoras, la empresa tiene hasta el momento 85 comunidades ind\u00edgenas en 15 estados de la rep\u00fablica mexicana que forman parte de la estrategia de responsabilidad social de Toks, la cual actualmente la constituyen 200 unidades.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Gustavo P\u00e9rez, director de Responsabilidad Social de Toks, mencion\u00f3 que la empresa inici\u00f3 en octubre de 2003 el Proyecto Productivo, a trav\u00e9s del cual se suman cada vez m\u00e1s localidades que re\u00fanen los est\u00e1ndares de calidad de la cadena, de lo contrario \u201cno hay manera de que sean proveedoras de la marca\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso de Quintana Roo, precis\u00f3, Toks adquiere en el municipio de Felipe Carrillo Puerto piezas de madera como pulseras, para comercializarlas en los restaurantes de la cadena con el fin de recaudar fondos y apoyar a diversas fundaciones del pa\u00eds.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en esta parte del estado la compa\u00f1\u00eda beneficia<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>aproximadamente a 100 familias y planean m\u00e1s adelante explorar otra zona con la posibilidad de comprar producto.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9rez coment\u00f3 que como ejemplo tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 el poblado de San Felipe del Progreso, en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, donde un grupo de mujeres mazahuas<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>desde 2004 elaboran granola con recursos naturales. \u201cTambi\u00e9n adquirimos las conservas artesanales de comunidades de la sierra central de Guanajuato, mismas que se venden en los restaurantes de Toks\u201d.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCada mes se suman nuevas comunidades, depende del producto. Lo m\u00e1s relevante lo tenemos en la parte de alimentos, como son granola, caf\u00e9, cajeta, chocolate, mermelada, miel, mole, nuez caramelizada, entre otros, los cuales representan 20% del total de compra de productos de la cadena y el plan es crecer este porcentaje hasta llegar al 100% dentro de algunos a\u00f1os\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El directivo consider\u00f3 importante que m\u00e1s empresas se interesen en los productos de las comunidades rurales. \u201cPara m\u00ed, la responsabilidad social es un caso de \u00e9xito en c\u00e1mara lenta. Lo que nosotros<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>hacemos como cadena va despacito; sin embargo, ya pusimos los cimientos. Tal vez ya no nos toca aplicar los acabados, pero cuando llegue ese momento ya se contar\u00e1 con un camino s\u00f3lido\u201d. <b>(Marlene
