As\u00ed lo analiza un informe de <strong>Mabrian<\/strong> que estudi\u00f3 rese\u00f1as y comentarios en redes sociales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"entrada\">\n<p>M\u00e1s de la mitad de las visitas a <strong>M\u00e9xico <\/strong>por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea proceden desde <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>, el principal mercado para los destinos tur\u00edsticos del pa\u00eds. Desde esta perspectiva, <strong>Mabrian Technologies<\/strong> realiz\u00f3 un estudio sobre el <strong>perfil, caracter\u00edsticas y motivaciones de los estadounidenses\u00a0<\/strong>interesados en este destino \u201ca partir del an\u00e1lisis de sus espont\u00e1neas interacciones en redes sociales y portales de opini\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s de <strong>un mill\u00f3n de menciones tur\u00edsticas y 164 mil valoraciones hoteleras<\/strong> en relaci\u00f3n a <strong>Quintana Roo (Riviera Maya, Canc\u00fan e Isla Mujeres) <\/strong>han sido analizadas para este estudio, que compara la primera mitad del a\u00f1o 2018 y el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<div id=\"adj-2-div\" class=\"imagen item\">\n<div class=\"inner\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32893\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"805\" height=\"310\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo.jpg 805w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-300x116.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-768x296.jpg 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-585x225.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 805px) 100vw, 805px\" \/><\/div>\n<p><span class=\"pie\"><small class=\"icon\"><\/small>Satisfacci\u00f3n de los turistas estadounidenses con los destinos del Caribe mexicano y evoluci\u00f3n 2017\/2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Los<strong> \u00edndices de satisfacci\u00f3n<\/strong> creados por Mabrian, a partir de tecnolog\u00eda de Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural e Inteligencia Artificial, permiten entender y medir las percepciones de los usuarios en relaci\u00f3n a aspectos clave para el destino: satisfacci\u00f3n Global (GTPi), con los Productos Tur\u00edsticos (TPi), con el Servicio Hotelerlo (HSi) y Percepci\u00f3n de Seguridad (PSi) y Clim\u00e1tica (PCi).<\/p>\n<p>El mercado estadounidense refleja un <strong>nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n global con el destino muy bueno, no obstante, muestra una tendencia a la baja <\/strong>en pr\u00e1cticamente todos los \u00edndices, respecto del primer semestre de 2017. El \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n con el producto tur\u00edstico (TPi) es el que muestra mayor margen de mejora, al igual que el \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n hotelera (HSi).<\/p>\n<div id=\"adj-3-div\" class=\"imagen item\">\n<div class=\"inner\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32892\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"448\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-2-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-2-768x430.jpg 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-2-585x328.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Respecto a los intereses que muestran estos visitantes en sus interacciones en redes sociales, destacan los productos tur\u00edsticos cl\u00e1sicos de los destinos caribe\u00f1os: sol y playa, turismo activo y familiar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfSE\u00d1ALES DE SATURACI\u00d3N?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n mostrado por este mercado acerca de los <strong>productos tur\u00edsticos cl\u00e1sicos<\/strong> refleja un notable descenso respecto del periodo anterior. Esta tendencia podr\u00eda ser un <strong>indicador de cierta saturaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el destino, que repercute en la experiencia de los visitantes.<\/p>\n<div id=\"adj-4-div\" class=\"imagen item\">\n<div class=\"inner\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32891\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"791\" height=\"475\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-3.jpg 791w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-3-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-3-768x461.jpg 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/turismo-usa-quintana-roo-3-585x351.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 791px) 100vw, 791px\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>El estudio tambi\u00e9n ha incluido un <strong>an\u00e1lisis espec\u00edfico de la satisfacci\u00f3n<\/strong> mostrada por los estadounidenses con<strong> respecto a los servicios hoteleros<\/strong>. Para ello, han sido analizados cerca de 164,000 comentarios sobre 340 hoteles de 3, 4 y 5 estrellas en Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel general, <strong>el visitante estadounidense valora muy positivamente el servicio hotelero<\/strong>, con casi 70 puntos sobre 100, mostrando un ligero incremento de satisfacci\u00f3n en todas las categor\u00edas, respecto al primer semestre de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>La categor\u00eda de 3 estrellas es la que ofrece un mayor margen de mejora, pese a estar en un nivel bueno.<\/p>\n<p>Del an\u00e1lisis espec\u00edfico de la satisfacci\u00f3n de los estadounidenses por cada uno de los departamentos que componen el servicio hotelero, se observa que<strong> los aspectos m\u00e1s valorados son el personal, la ubicaci\u00f3n y el entretenimiento<\/strong>, mientras que el menos valorado \u2013en todas las categor\u00edas- es la habitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el primer semestre
