\u00a0<\/span>y Alemania<\/strong><\/p>\nDesde hace siete a\u00f1os elabora mermeladas y conservas artesanales en Puerto Morelos. Hoy \u2018Mermeladas de Luz\u2019 es una empresa exitosa que pretende colocar su producto en comercios de la localidad y en otros lugares de M\u00e9xico, adem\u00e1s de comenzar a exportarlos a Francia y Alemania.<\/p>\n
Siete sabores ex\u00f3ticos componen la carta de mermeladas, entre ellos papaya con menta, guayaba, lima, jamaica, que no solo comenzar\u00e1n a comercializarse en la localidad sino tambi\u00e9n en ciudades de los estados de Jalisco, Quer\u00e9taro, Chihuahua y Sonora, donde la empresa cuenta ya con los primeros contactos para vender su producto.<\/p>\n
Silvia Rubio, gerente general de \u2018Mermeladas de Luz\u2019, coment\u00f3 que desde hace un a\u00f1o se estableci\u00f3 como empresa para vender la confitura elaborada con frutas de la regi\u00f3n. \u201cLas personas de la localidad est\u00e1n acostumbradas a las mermeladas comerciales y las que elaboramos no son muy dulces y contienen az\u00facar morena\u201d.<\/p>\n
La inversionista coment\u00f3 que recientemente inici\u00f3 los tr\u00e1mites para comenzar a exportar cerca de mil cajas de 12 frascos cada una. \u201cHay empresarios de Francia y Alemania que est\u00e1n interesados en el producto y es muy satisfactorio saber que tenemos la oportunidad de rebasar fronteras para llevar a otros pa\u00edses un producto hecho en M\u00e9xico\u201d.<\/p>\n
Dijo que exportar la mermelada lleva todo un proceso, que no es f\u00e1cil porque hay que cumplir una serie de requisitos; sin embargo, no decae el inter\u00e9s de la empresa para emprender estas acciones que permitir\u00e1n a la firma crecer hacia nuevos mercados, adem\u00e1s de mantenerse en el local y en otras partes del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
\u2018Mermeladas de Luz\u2019 es una marca registrada de Quintana Roo, y aun cuando el crecimiento es lento los resultados son positivos porque es un producto muy saludable y con sabores diferentes, que tiene muy buena aceptaci\u00f3n en los comercios donde se vende\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n
Consider\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n inicial ser\u00e1 de entre 150 mil a 200 mil pesos para impulsar el proyecto, adem\u00e1s de contratar y capacitar a m\u00e1s personas. \u201cLos pedidos que tenemos se entregan de manera inmediata y la caducidad de las mermeladas es de un a\u00f1o\u201d.
