class=\"wp-caption-text\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n en la Reuni\u00f3n Nacional de Delegados, que fue presidida por el director general Miguel Alonso Reyes<\/p><\/div>\n<p>El delegado regional en Quintana Roo, Juan Emmanuel Gonz\u00e1lez Castel\u00e1n, particip\u00f3 en la Reuni\u00f3n Nacional de Delegados, donde resalt\u00f3 que Fonatur tambi\u00e9n participa activamente en mesas de trabajo y de an\u00e1lisis que permitan solucionar de manera conjunta problem\u00e1ticas como el recale masivo de sargazo, la inseguridad y la movilidad en la zona hotelera de Canc\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p>Resalt\u00f3 que la obra de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del Bulevar Kukulc\u00e1n, en donde se invierten 26.9 millones de pesos, lleva un 25 por ciento en su segunda etapa, que abarca del kil\u00f3metro 9 al cero; siendo que la primera etapa se concluy\u00f3 de manera satisfactoria y donde se rehabilitaron 72 metros en los kil\u00f3metros 20,23 y 27 sobre un solo carril de 3.75 metros de ancho,\u00a0se realiza el mantenimiento y operaci\u00f3n de las tres plantas de tratamiento y aguas residuales, que tienen una capacidad total de 7 millones de metros c\u00fabicos; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n una de composta, que brindan atenci\u00f3n a la zona de playas.<\/p>\n<p>Otra de las acciones en Canc\u00fan, que se realiza en conjunto con Fonatur Mantenimiento Tur\u00edstico, es la poda de 39.6 hect\u00e1reas y el barrido de 43.1 hect\u00e1reas de \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas, junto con los trabajos de bacheo permanente en el Bulevar Kukulc\u00e1n durante la temporada de lluvias, tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que se han rehabilitado nueve paraderos en la zona hotelera, 41 metros lineales de barandales y 20 bancas distribuidas a todo lo largo del Bulevar Kukulc\u00e1n, aunado a la operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de los parques de Playa Langosta y el Kil\u00f3metro Cero, para el uso y disfrute de los turistas y visitantes locales.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00e1rea de comercializaci\u00f3n, el delegado regional dijo que hay una gran aceptaci\u00f3n entre inversionistas tanto nacionales como extranjeros para colocar 15 lotes en Lomas de Vista Hermosa de Canc\u00fan, con 8.3 hect\u00e1reas; mientras en la Marina Cozumel, son 26 predios: 20 unifamiliares, tres hoteleros y tres multifamiliares, que en su conjunto representan 11.2 hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, en el caso espec\u00edfico de la \u00ednsula, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se aplican en tiempo y forma las acciones de operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de la Marina
