\u00abSomos la primera empresa gasolinera que realiza una aplicaci\u00f3n de este tipo<\/strong>, nadie m\u00e1s lo hace\u00bb, enfatiz\u00f3 Alvaro Granada, Director de Combustibles de la firma en el pa\u00eds.\u00a0La empresa petrolera brit\u00e1nica BP, indic\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico se convierte en el\u00a0cuarto mercado en contar con este servicio<\/strong>, despu\u00e9s de Australia, Reino Unido y Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n

Esta aplicaci\u00f3n<\/a> fue desarrollada de forma conjunta con IBM Watson, \u00abpara que los automovilistas mexicanos encuentren sus gasolineras y facturen su consumo\u00bb<\/strong>, ha dicho\u00a0 en conferencia, Camilo Valero, l\u00edder de Saas para IBM Watson.<\/p>\n

La app de nombre\u00a0BPme, est\u00e1 disponible para las plataformas IOS y Android<\/strong> y en su primera etapa permitir\u00e1 localizar estaciones de servicio y facturar las compras en tres pasos. En un segundo momento, los consumidores de gasolinas BP podr\u00e1n pagar desde su celular sin bajar del autom\u00f3vil adem\u00e1s de poder interactuar con la empresa para recibir las promociones que ofrece.<\/p>\n

La compa\u00f1\u00eda ya cuenta con 330 estaciones de servicio en 18 estados, y esperan cerrar el a\u00f1o con 500.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
