Foto: Revista Merca2.0<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La empresa estadounidense 3M<\/strong>, que fabrica productos como Masking Tape y notas Post-it, continuar\u00e1 invirtiendo en investigaci\u00f3n, desarrollo e ingenieros de aplicaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, para lo cual este a\u00f1o <strong>destina alrededor de 20 millones de d\u00f3lares (mdd),<\/strong> comparti\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Varela, presidente y director general de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenemos 70 a\u00f1os en el pa\u00eds, donde comenzamos como comercializadora, y ya tenemos casi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fCZvRHLFiUM\">65 a\u00f1os<\/a> con manufactura. <strong>En la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada hemos invertido mucho en innovaci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico\u201d,<\/strong> dijo el directivo a la salida de su participaci\u00f3n en la Asamblea Anual del Fondo Unido M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las inversiones m\u00e1s importantes de la compa\u00f1\u00eda se encuentra la construcci\u00f3n del Centro T\u00e9cnico de Clientes en Santa Fe y un laboratorio de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo en San Luis Potos\u00ed, <strong>enfocado en las necesidades que brinda M\u00e9xico en el sector automotriz, de construcci\u00f3n y alimentos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cLa parte de salud est\u00e1 creciendo mucho y estamos haciendo inversiones nuevas,<\/strong> pues hay una poblaci\u00f3n grande que requiere atenci\u00f3n con tecnolog\u00eda. De igual manera, la parte de seguridad personal, desde respiradores hasta auditivos y anteojos, automotriz y petr\u00f3leo tienen importancia grande en las inversiones nuevas que estamos haciendo\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el directivo.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, <strong>3M apuesta por incrementar las exportaciones desde M\u00e9xico<\/strong> de todas sus gamas de productos en las categor\u00edas de industria, salud, consumo, electricidad y protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cExportamos a 29 pa\u00edses desde M\u00e9xico<\/strong>. El laboratorio- y la f\u00e1brica- de San Luis Potos\u00ed que se construy\u00f3 para el territorio nacional nos est\u00e1 ayudando para tambi\u00e9n enviar productos fuera del pa\u00eds\u201d,
