Foto: Silla Rota<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>La llegada de una segunda Bolsa, como la Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA), sacar\u00e1 a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) de su zona de confort<\/strong> y la obligar\u00e1 a mejorar sus procesos y realizar mayor promoci\u00f3n, coinciden varias de las fuentes consultadas.<\/p>\n<p>Para Eduardo Saucedo, profesor de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas de\u00a0EGADE Business School Monterrey, BIVA <strong>viene a dar un mayor dinamismo al sector<\/strong>, creando un entorno financiero m\u00e1s competitivo para el pa\u00eds y contar\u00e1 con el respaldo de la tecnolog\u00eda de Nasdaq y la asesor\u00eda de FTSE Russell para la elaboraci\u00f3n de indices.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u00e9xico es una de las 15 econom\u00edas m\u00e1s importantes del mundo. Sin embargo, dicha importancia no se ha visto reflejada en el valor total de la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, cuando \u00e9sta se compara con el valor de otras bolsas en el mundo&#8230;<strong>Se espera que se enlisten empresas de todos los sectores productivos<\/strong>\u201d, apunt\u00f3 el especialista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mar\u00eda Ariza, directora general de BIVA, manifest\u00f3 que la nueva bolsa de valores en M\u00e9xico quiere democratizar los mercados<\/strong>, toda vez que prev\u00e9 que el capital privado sea un fuerte aliado para llevar a empresas disruptivas al mercado de capitales y de deuda a la nueva plaza burs\u00e1til.<\/p>\n<p data-count=\"95\" data-wrap=\"18\">Si bien a\u00fan no es representativo, <strong>la tendencia ya empez\u00f3<\/strong>. Ejemplo de ello es que la sociedad financiera de objeto m\u00faltiple (Sofom),\u00a0<strong>Cr\u00e9dito Real<\/strong>, y el fondo de capital privado\u00a0<strong>LIV Capital<\/strong>, han decidido hacer sus operaciones en la nueva bolsa de valores en el pa\u00eds. Adem\u00e1s, seis ETFs buscan listarse en la secci\u00f3n de SIC Capitales de BIVA.<\/p>\n<p data-count=\"95\" data-wrap=\"18\">La Sofom precis\u00f3 que ser\u00e1 la segunda colocaci\u00f3n de bonos bajo el amparo de un programa autorizado, donde la primera se emiti\u00f3 en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores en el 2017.<\/p>\n<p data-count=\"95\" data-wrap=\"18\">Cr\u00e9dito Real, que se estren\u00f3 en el mercado de capitales de la BMV en octubre de 2012, decidi\u00f3 realizar en BIVA la segunda colocaci\u00f3n de certificados burs\u00e1tiles por hasta 700 millones de pesos, de un programa por 10 mil millones, que ten\u00eda planeada en la BMV desde mayo del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n que envi\u00f3 a BIVA, Cr\u00e9dito Real planea la emisi\u00f3n de deuda privada a un plazo de cinco a\u00f1os el pr\u00f3ximo 13 de septiembre, cuya bursatilizaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 respaldada por cr\u00e9ditos con descuento a n\u00f3mina.<\/p>\n<p data-count=\"227\" data-wrap=\"39\">Segun Cipactli Jim\u00e9nez, <strong>esta nueva bolsa es id\u00f3nea para que los millenials<\/strong> se animen a invertir en ella, pues algunos opinan que el mercado es muy viejo y que aburre por lo que prefieren invertir en Bitcoins, esto podr\u00eda ser una gran oportunidad para Biva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La llegada de una segunda Bolsa, como la Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA), sacar\u00e1 a la&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":69,"featured_media":33407,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","_mbp_gutenberg_autopost":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[4,23],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-33406","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-empresas-y-negocios","category-noticias"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
