El presidente electo de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, adelant\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1n fusionar en una sola instituci\u00f3n a Sociedad Hipotecaria\u00a0 Federal (SHF), con el Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos (Banobras).<\/strong><\/p>\n

De concretarse esta opci\u00f3n sumar\u00edan $909,282 millones de pesos en activos (46.57%) y $473,176 millones de carteras (50.16%).<\/p>\n

La propuesta que se encuentra en an\u00e1lisi<\/strong>s, de acuerdo con L\u00f3pez Obrador, tiene como objetivo no s\u00f3lo reducir el exceso de gastos de operaci\u00f3n, sino al mismo tiempo elevar el cr\u00e9dito, ya que la uni\u00f3n de estas instituciones impulsar\u00e1 un mejor servicio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Banobras es el banco de desarrollo mas grande<\/strong> (especializado en infraestructura) con $786,701 millones de pesos en activos (40.29 % del total) y una cartera de $392,585 millones (41.57 %)<\/p>\n

En el tema de infraestructura, Banobras y otros organismos destinaron $484 mil 562 millones de pesos; mientras que en el sector se destin\u00f3 $342 mil 632 millones de pesos a trav\u00e9s de Sociedad Hipotecaria.<\/p>\n

Mientras que Banobras se especializa en el financiamiento de proyectos de infraestructura, la SHF es la financiera encargada de dar cr\u00e9ditos para la vivienda.<\/strong><\/p>\n
