millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>, semanas despu\u00e9s de que la Uni\u00f3n Europea aprobara el acuerdo.<\/p>\n<p>El pacto, anunciado en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado -que <strong>estuvo suspendida desde entonces debido a una investigaci\u00f3n de la Union Europea por posibles problemas antimonopolio<\/strong>&#8211; ayudar\u00eda al fabricante del iPhone a competir mejor con Spotify, l\u00edder de la industria en servicios de <i>streaming.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00abDespu\u00e9s de analizar exhaustivamente los datos de usuarios y de m\u00fasica de Shazam, determinamos que su adquisici\u00f3n por parte de Apple no reducir\u00e1 la competencia en el mercado de m\u00fasica digital por streaming<\/strong>\u00ab, dijo el 6 de septiembre en un comunicado la comisaria de la Competencia de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, Margrethe Vestager.<\/p>\n<p><b>Los reguladores aprobaron a principios de septiembre y ayer se confirm\u00f3 la\u00a0adquisici\u00f3n por una suma superior a los 400 millones de d\u00f3lares.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Shazam identifica canciones cuando un tel\u00e9fono inteligente est\u00e1 cerca de una fuente de audio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algunas de las cosas que Apple gana con esta compra van desde una base de 10 millones de usuarios leales,\u00a0hasta un porcentaje de ingresos por publicidad del escaneo de m\u00fasica en diferentes ambientes, incluidos
