Foto:Expansi\u00f3n.mx<\/p><\/div>\n<p>J<strong>uan Pablo Casta\u00f1\u00f3n, presidente del Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), precis\u00f3 que existe el compromiso de los tres gobiernos (M\u00e9xico, EU y Canad\u00e1) en el USMCA de no realizar acuerdos comerciales con estos pa\u00edses<\/strong>, en donde la competencia sea inequitativa y afecte a las empresas nacionales, as\u00ed como a los empleos.<\/p>\n<p>Al asociarse M\u00e9xico con pa\u00edses que fomentan la libertad de mercado y el libre comercio en el mundo, en igualdad de circunstancias, <strong>debe de exigir y garantizar las mismas condiciones de competencia<\/strong>, a fin de proteger la planta productiva y los empleos y evitar la competencia inequitativa con otras naciones, explic\u00f3 el dirigente empresarial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>China, dijo Casta\u00f1\u00f3n, no est\u00e1 catalogado como una econom\u00eda que tenga libertad de mercado. En la misma situaci\u00f3n se encuentra Venezuela, por ejemplo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abEs importante establecer que se haga con otros pa\u00edses, de tal forma que no se desligue, <strong>ni nosotros tengamos acuerdos en donde se genere desequilibrios entre los productores de ese pa\u00eds y donde no exista la libertad de mercado<\/strong>, y es parcial la libertad o hay subsidios con la intervenci\u00f3n del estado y que hace que la competencia no sea pareja, sino equitativa. Es evidente que tiene que haber compromiso de los tres pa\u00edses para no hacerlo\u00bb, acot\u00f3 Casta\u00f1on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La cl\u00e1usula del USMCA limita a los socios la firma de un tratado comercial con pa\u00edses que no tienen plena libertad en el mercado<\/strong>, tienen intervenci\u00f3n del Estado en su econom\u00eda y a trav\u00e9s de subsidios y pol\u00edticas promotoras facilitan operaciones de las empresas para que puedan exportar e incluso devuelven impuestos si exportan, no estando en precios equitativos.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el USMCA determina que si uno de los socios decide emprender <strong>cualquier tipo de negociaci\u00f3n con un pa\u00eds que no promueva el libre comercio<\/strong> <strong>deber\u00e1 informar<\/strong> al menos tres meses sobre su
