Por un rotundo \u201cno\u201d se pronunciaron l\u00edderes del sector tur\u00edstico y empresarial de Canc\u00fan y Puerto Morelos,<\/strong> ante la propuesta del gobierno municipal del onceavo municipio de implementar dos nuevos impuestos, as\u00ed como incrementar todos los ya existentes, adem\u00e1s de aumentar el pago de diversos derechos y licencias.<\/p>\n

Al respecto, Roberto Cintr\u00f3n, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles de Canc\u00fan y Puerto Morelos<\/strong> dio a conocer que en una reciente reuni\u00f3n con la presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Laura Fern\u00e1ndez, esta les inform\u00f3 sobre su intenci\u00f3n de implementar dos nuevos impuestos: el de saneamiento ambiental, similar al que se aplica en el municipio de Solidaridad, pero no ser\u00eda con una tasa fija de 20 pesos, sino del 30% de una Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA), que es aproximadamente 24 pesos por cuarto por noche ocupado; el otro impuesto ser\u00eda a las mesas de hospitalidad dentro de los hoteles.<\/p>\n

Posterior a esto se enteraron que desde el pasado 1 de octubre se ingres\u00f3 al Congreso del Estado, una propuesta para incrementar absolutamente todos los impuestos municipales e implementar algunos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lo anterior, dijo Cintr\u00f3n, va desde Registro Civil<\/strong>, Desarrollo Urbano, licencias de uso de sue\u00f1o, licencias de funcionamiento, apertura o refrendos anuales, licencias de funcionamiento por horas extraordinarias, expediciones de certificado de vecindad, residencia y morada conyugal, servicios de protecci\u00f3n en materia ambiental, servicios en materia de protecci\u00f3n civil y otros no especificados.<\/p>\n

Agreg\u00f3 que dentro del documento presentado al Congreso, mismo que forma parte de su paquete fiscal 2019<\/strong>, aparece la propuesta de las tarifas vigentes y las propuestas en las iniciativas; \u201cpor darles un ejemplo en el Registro Civil, fuera de las oficinas en s\u00e1bado, domingo y d\u00edas festivos, la tarifa es de 22.5 d\u00edas de salario m\u00ednimo federal, lo que pasar\u00eda a 45 UMAs\u00a0 es decir unos tres mil 600 pesos\u201d.<\/p>\n

En este sentido agreg\u00f3 que los hoteleros y empresariado dan un rotundo no a cualquier tipo de aumento e implementaci\u00f3n de nuevos impuestos en Puerto Morelos, ya que hay rubros que incrementar\u00e1n hasta en 800%<\/strong>. \u201cNos sumamos a la propuesta del presidente electo Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador de no m\u00e1s impuestos y sobre esa l\u00ednea nos vamos; no es que nos neguemos porque s\u00ed, pero siempre nos cargan la mano a nosotros; el aumento a las tarifas el\u00e9ctricas en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os nos ha golpeado mucho, ya que ha sido en algunos casos de hasta 130%, en Puerto Morelos\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Sergio Gonz\u00e1lez Rubiera, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Agencias de Viajes (AMAV), asegur\u00f3 que lo que promueve el gobierno de Puerto Morelos es totalmente contrario a la tendencia del estado y del pa\u00eds,<\/strong> que es crear impuestos para la competitividad. \u201cLo que queremos es derribar barreras para poder hacer mejores negocios, pero aqu\u00ed parece que es todo lo contrario; si el gobierno de Puerto Morelos requiere recursos hay otras maneras, como hacer un destino competitivo que atraiga inversiones\u201d.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo advirti\u00f3 que de aprobar el Congreso del estado<\/strong> el paquete fiscal que incluye los mencionados incrementos, se amparar\u00e1n como ya se ha hecho en otras ocasiones y que ganar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
