Foto: Brenda Santana<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>El impulso de la responsabilidad social es un tema de suma importancia hoy en d\u00eda en todo tipo de empresas<\/strong>, por lo que cada vez m\u00e1s de estas realizan acciones relacionadas con la sostenibilidad, tanto en lo econ\u00f3mico como en lo social y ambiental, lo que ayuda a que el estado tenga muchas m\u00e1s fuentes de empleo, que sean empresas y ciudadanos que est\u00e9n preocupados por el cuidado del medio ambiente y que haya una relaci\u00f3n muy estrecha con los grupos de inter\u00e9s y la comunidad que los rodea.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido y <strong>para promover la cultura de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE), se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el Segundo Foro de RSE<\/strong> <strong>organizado por el Comit\u00e9 Promotor AliaRSE por Quintana Roo, el cual tendr\u00e1 lugar el 16 de noviembre a las 9:30 horas en el Universidad An\u00e1huac de Canc\u00fan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El evento tiene como objetivo compartir las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de responsabilidad social de las empresas que <strong>han demostrado un impacto positivo en sus p\u00fablicos de inter\u00e9s, contribuyendo al \u00e9xito del negocio<\/strong>, respondiendo y\/o resolviendo alguna expectativa social a trav\u00e9s de alianzas intersectoriales, la promoci\u00f3n del consumo responsable, el voluntariado corporativo, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, Guadalupe Jim\u00e9nez, vicepresidenta del Comit\u00e9 AliaRSE por Quintana Roo, indic\u00f3 que <strong>dicha agrupaci\u00f3n surge en el estado en 2015 con el impulso del Centro Mexicano para la Filantrop\u00eda (Cemefi)<\/strong>, con el fin de impulsar el tema de responsabilidad social en la Pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Derivado de ello <strong>convocan a empresas que cuentan con el distintivo otorgado por Cemefi desde hace varios a\u00f1os<\/strong>, as\u00ed como empresas que empiezan a preocuparse por llevar a cabo esta gesti\u00f3n de negocio en su empresa. \u201cEn Quintana se forma este Comit\u00e9 de RSE, con el fin de que se unan voluntades entre todos los empresarios y sus l\u00edderes en responsabilidad social y seguir impulsando este modelo de gesti\u00f3n de negocio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En el foro se dedicar\u00e1 un espacio a detallar el papel clave que juega la reputaci\u00f3n corporativa y las relaciones p\u00fablicas para la RSE; as\u00ed como <strong>la relaci\u00f3n de estas con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible en el sector empresarial<\/strong>, destac\u00e1ndolo como la base para la conservaci\u00f3n del entorno y la seguridad integral de las comunidades en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Miguel Canseco, del Comit\u00e9 AliaRSE por Quintana Roo destac\u00f3 que <strong>si todas las empresas de M\u00e9xico fueran socialmente responsables, el pa\u00eds cambiar\u00eda<\/strong>, \u201cde lo que se trata aqu\u00ed es de que m\u00e1s empresas se sumen a esta forma de gestionar la administraci\u00f3n de empresas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que los empresarios deben entender que ser socialmente responsables funciona, ayuda mucho internamente, <strong>da una mejor calidad de vida a los colaboradores<\/strong>, le abre las puertas, y tiene una mejor relaci\u00f3n con la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>Kristel Arce, presidenta de AliaRSE por Quintana Roo coment\u00f3 que <strong>a la fecha 44 empresas del estado se encuentran dentro del comit\u00e9<\/strong>, de las que 37 ya cuentan con el distintivo de Empresa Socialmente Responsable.
