El titular de la Procuraduria Federal del Consumidor (Profeco), Rogelio Cerda P\u00e9rez, afirm\u00f3 que durante la temporada del Buen Fin (16 al 19 de noviembre) un ejercito de observadores se concentrar\u00e1 en la verificaci\u00f3n y seguridad de este evento.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rogelio Cerda, considera que la temporada del Buen F\u00edn es tan importante como la Navidad<\/strong>, detall\u00f3 que estar\u00e1n atentos para garantizar las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de compra y venta.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn el Buen Fin concentramos todo, no hay vacaciones concentramos a todo el personal del \u00e1rea de quejas y todo el personal del \u00e1rea de verificaci\u00f3n. Estamos hablando de ej\u00e9rcitos quiz\u00e1 de 450 muchachos en el \u00e1rea de verificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> con m\u00f3dulos itinerantes en centro comerciales en todo el pa\u00eds y estamos hablando, quiz\u00e1 en el sector central de m\u00e1s de 100 personas en el ejercicio de conciliaci\u00f3n, en todas sus formas que tenemos electr\u00f3nicas y telef\u00f3nicas\u201d, dijo en entrevista el procurador Cerda P\u00e9rez.<\/p>\n

Expres\u00f3 que esta temporada del Buen Fin, un gran numero de mexicanos gastar\u00e1n hasta 5,000 pesos<\/strong>, para comprar ropa, calzado as\u00ed como pantallas, tel\u00e9fonos celulares, electr\u00f3nicos y equipos de computo.<\/div>\n

\u201cEl a\u00f1o pasado<\/strong> tuvimos un total de 52 millones de operaciones. 15% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior, se alcanz\u00f3 una conciliaci\u00f3n del 94%, quiere decir que solo el 6% se fue a procedimientos formales<\/strong>. Se otorgaron 70,000 asesor\u00edas a consumidores, 40,000 m\u00e1s que en 2016, lo que implic\u00f3 113% de aumento\u201d, coment\u00f3\u00a0Rogelio Cerda P\u00e9rez.<\/div>\n

En 2017 fueron realizados 643 monitoreos de publicidad que permitieron corregir 18 anuncios de publicidad.\u00a0Entre las reclamaciones mas frecuentes estaban<\/strong>: no respetar las promociones u ofertas, no respetar los precios exhibidos, brindar informaci\u00f3n o publicidad enga\u00f1osa y condicionar la venta de determinado producto.<\/p>\n

En tanto el presidente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo (Canaco) de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Nathan Poplawsky, comparti\u00f3 que para el Buen Fin, que se realizar\u00e1 del 16 al 19 de noviembre de este 2018, se esperan descuentos de entre 20% y 50% en la capital, al tiempo en que los comercios ofrecer\u00e1n 12,18 y 24 meses sin intereses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para este 2018 participar\u00e1n alrededor de 12,800 establecimientos en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, 600 m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o pasado. En total hay aproximadamente 60,000 comercios registrados en el programa.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Las categor\u00edas con mayor movimiento ser\u00e1n<\/strong>: aparatos electr\u00f3nicos como pantallas, l\u00ednea blanca, muebles, ropa y calzado, y bolsas para dama. Algunas\u00a0l\u00edneas\u00a0a\u00e9reas ya anuncian que tendr\u00e1n ofertas y promociones especiales de boletos y paquetes para esos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl tema de la verificaci\u00f3n de precios lo har\u00e1 la Profec<\/strong>o, ellos estar\u00e1n muy activos y verificar\u00e1n que los precios que se den son los que se ofrecen. Lo que haremos en Canaco es que las empresas deber\u00e1n registrarse<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del portal del Buen Fin y firmar un compromiso sobre los porcentajes y condiciones de venta.
