\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>En el marco de la presentaci\u00f3n del nuevo Portal de Quejas Electr\u00f3nicas de la comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la protecci\u00f3n y defensa de los usuarios de servicios financieros (Condusef), Mario Di Costanzo Armenta, propuso crear un comit\u00e9 de autoridades financieras que regule los montos de comisiones que cobra \u00a0la banca comercial en el pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El funcionario consider\u00f3 incorrecto que el Banco de M\u00e9xico (Banxico) est\u00e9 a cargo<\/strong> de normar las tasas de inter\u00e9s y las comisiones de la banca m\u00faltiple y del sector de Sociedades Financieras de Objeto M\u00faltiple (Sofom) Entidades Reguladas (ER), <strong>lo mejor ser\u00eda establecer un comit\u00e9 integrado por representantes de varias autoridades<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Precis\u00f3 que en este \u00f3rgano o comit\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 participar la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP)<\/strong> y la Condusef, en tanto que su conformaci\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo ayudar\u00eda a regular los topes de comisiones, sino tambi\u00e9n influir\u00eda en apuntalar la inclusi\u00f3n financiera y el menor uso del efectivo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Esto no debe ser una facultad exclusiva de Banxico<\/strong>\u201d, insisti\u00f3, al asegurar que la instituci\u00f3n est\u00e1 abierta y lista para intervenir en el an\u00e1lisis sobre las comisiones bancarias que llegue a realizar el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica, de continuar en discusi\u00f3n la iniciativa y de ser convocados.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, <strong>Di Costanzo <a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/VIGILA.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-34253 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/VIGILA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"331\" height=\"308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/VIGILA.jpg 350w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/VIGILA-300x279.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 331px) 100vw, 331px\" \/><\/a>Armenta manifest\u00f3 que la Condusef ya cuenta con un estudio previo<\/strong> en el que ha logrado identificar, incluso, algunos temas que le \u201chan horrorizado\u201d en contratos, como cl\u00e1usulas con un mayor beneficio econ\u00f3mico de los bancos.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3, que esto implica que los bancos funcionen dentro de los comercios <strong>\u201ccomo si fueran socios\u201d<\/strong>, al participar en un porcentaje de las ventas y no como prestadores de un servicio financiero.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n refiri\u00f3 que de ser requeridos, <strong>la Condusef ya tiene lista una primera propuesta para reducir la variaci\u00f3n de comisiones en un mismo producto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste an\u00e1lisis y esta f\u00f3rmula, de entrada, podr\u00eda permitir que el costo de una anualidad en una tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito se pudiera reducir hasta 27%; en los gastos de cobranza pudiera haber reducciones de hasta 8%, y en cuanto a la impresi\u00f3n de estados
