{"id":34323,"date":"2018-11-22T14:55:39","date_gmt":"2018-11-22T19:55:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=34323"},"modified":"2018-11-22T14:55:39","modified_gmt":"2018-11-22T19:55:39","slug":"casas-geo-se-declara-en-bancarrota-disuelven-la-empresa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=34323","title":{"rendered":"Casas Geo se declara en bancarrota: disuelven la empresa"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_34324\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/CASAS-GEO.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-34324\" class=\"wp-image-34324 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/CASAS-GEO.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"497\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/CASAS-GEO.jpg 800w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/CASAS-GEO-300x186.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/CASAS-GEO-768x477.jpg 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/CASAS-GEO-585x363.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-34324\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La insuficiencia de efectivo y la incapacidad de generar nuevos negocios fueron las principales causas tomadas en cuenta por los due\u00f1os de la empresa para tomar esta decisi\u00f3n.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>La asamblea General Ordinaria y Extraordinaria de Accionistas de Corporaci\u00f3n GEO orden\u00f3 la disoluci\u00f3n y liquidaci\u00f3n de dicha sociedad, con la finalidad de beneficiar a acreedores y accionistas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En informaci\u00f3n enviada a la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) la compa\u00f1\u00eda inform\u00f3 lo anterior, <strong>en virtud de que\u00a0el efectivo disponible de la Sociedad para continuar como negocio en marcha y hacer frente a sus obligaciones es insuficiente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La insuficiencia de efectivo y la incapacidad de generar nuevos negocios fueron <strong>las principales causas tomadas en cuenta por los due\u00f1os de la empresa<\/strong> para tomar esta decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como por la incapacidad de la Sociedad para generar nuevos negocios que le permitan cumplir con su objeto social y con su plan de negocios, aunado a que <strong>se ha visto en la imposibilidad de generar efectivo y\/o captar recursos suficientes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ello, para realizar su objeto social consistente, principalmente, <strong>en la construcci\u00f3n, desarrollo y operaci\u00f3n comercial de bienes inmuebles<\/strong>. De tal forma la Asamblea orden\u00f3 la disoluci\u00f3n y liquidaci\u00f3n de la Sociedad \u201cpor encontrar favorable para los fines antes descritos la entrada en funciones de un liquidador con experiencia en tales encomiendas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>design\u00f3 a Daniel Tapia Izquierdo como liquidador de la Sociedad<\/strong>, a quien le otorg\u00f3 facultades para realizar cualesquiera acciones y actos permitidos por la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable, convenientes o necesarios para lograr una liquidaci\u00f3n ordenada de la Sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>El Liquidador <strong>sustituir\u00e1 a los miembros del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, a los miembros del Comit\u00e9 de Auditor\u00eda y Pr\u00e1cticas Societarias, al Secretario, al Director General y a los dem\u00e1s directivos relevantes de la Sociedad en el desempe\u00f1o de sus respectivas funciones, una vez que su nombramiento como liquidador sea inscrito en el Registro P\u00fablico del
