class=\"wp-caption-text\">El motivo de la clausura es a falta de la autorizaci\u00f3n de impacto ambiental que otorga la Semarnat<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Luego de una denuncia hecha por la poblaci\u00f3n, la Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Profepa) clausur\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n del \u00a0Hotel Blue Kay Eco Resort, ubicado en ecosistema costero de Mahahual; dicho hotel cuenta con \u00a047 edificios, de uno y dos niveles sobre duna costera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El motivo de la clausura es que <strong>dicho centro de hospedaje carece de la autorizaci\u00f3n de impacto ambiental<\/strong> que otorga la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat).<\/p>\n<p>Inspectores de la Profepa realizaron visita a fin de constatar el cumplimiento a la legislaci\u00f3n ambiental vigente para llevar a cabo obras y actividades en un ecosistema costero, en la que se detect\u00f3 que el proyecto hotelero se construye y opera en un predio con una superficie de 11 mil 930 m2;<strong> al momento de la diligencia contaba con una ocupaci\u00f3n de 11 %.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante la visita se observ\u00f3 que <strong>sobre la duna costera hay 47 edificios construidos<\/strong> con madera de la regi\u00f3n y techo de zacate en diversas dimensiones, contando con uno y dos niveles.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Clausura-en-malec\u00f3n-de-Mahahual-7.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-34393\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Clausura-en-malec\u00f3n-de-Mahahual-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"526\" height=\"433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Clausura-en-malec\u00f3n-de-Mahahual-7.jpg 526w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Clausura-en-malec\u00f3n-de-Mahahual-7-300x247.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 526px) 100vw, 526px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En la parte posterior del hotel y, en colindancia con la avenida principal Mahahual-Xcalac, <strong>se detect\u00f3 humedal costero, fraccionado por un camino de acceso al hotel<\/strong> en dos superficies, con presencia de vegetaci\u00f3n de manglar representada por mangle blanco (Laguncularia racemosa) y la segunda superficie con presencia de vegetaci\u00f3n de manglar de la misma especie.<\/p>\n<p>Las aguas residuales de los edificios <strong>se conducen a trav\u00e9s de tubos de PVC<\/strong>, a tres biodigestores colocados a seis metros de distancia del humedal, donde se vierten directamente al humedal con presencia de vegetaci\u00f3n de mangle blanco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El mangle blanco es una especie<\/strong> que se encuentra listada en la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010, <strong>con categor\u00eda de especie Amenazada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La importancia del espacio costero radica en que forma parte del sitio de, refugio, anidaci\u00f3n, crecimiento y alimentaci\u00f3n para muchas especies de fauna; aunado, a que constituye un corredor biol\u00f3gico, por lo que su alteraci\u00f3n puede causar un da\u00f1o o deterioro grave a los recursos naturales presente en
