Francisco C\u00f3rdova Lira acelera su inventiva empresarial e ingresa al segmento de ecoaventura un nuevo proyecto con fecha de arranque en julio y localizado en la Riviera Maya. La m\u00e1s reciente creaci\u00f3n del empresario, un parque ecol\u00f3gico de aventura ATV, constituido por 20\u00a0 motos de reciente adquisici\u00f3n y 10 renovadas completamente, demand\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de\u00a0 siete millones de pesos, 4.5 mdp en infraestructura y dos millones 600 mil pesos en la adquisici\u00f3n de los equipos.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3rdova sabe muy bien que la calidad hace la diferencia, por lo que imprimi\u00f3 su sello en la adecuaci\u00f3n del terreno de 88 hect\u00e1reas con infraestructura, vestidores, restaurantes, caminos, adem\u00e1s de contar con otros atractivos naturales como un cenote, vestigios arqueol\u00f3gicos y una casa maya. Pero su concepto va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 ya que tiene programada la adquisici\u00f3n de autos Polaris, coches tubulares para dos o cuatro personas, que imprimir\u00e1n m\u00e1s emoci\u00f3n a la aventura.<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de una red de caminos de varios kil\u00f3metros los visitantes podr\u00e1n disfrutar de tres diferentes recorridos en medio de la selva en un tour que conserva su sentido de ecoaventura, tal\u00a0 como ha ocurrido con el resto de los productos ideados por C\u00f3rdova Lira, como es el caso de R\u00edo Secreto, convertido ya en un \u00edcono de turismo sustentable, concepto aplicado por igual a Alltournative, al hacer part\u00edcipes de sus propuestas a las comunidades mayas de la zona.<\/p>\n
