Horst Schulze, presidente y CEO de Capella Hotel Group, puso su mirada en la Riviera Maya, en donde instalar\u00e1 su tercer hotel en M\u00e9xico, el Capella Bah\u00eda Maroma- Riviera Maya, al que imprimir\u00e1 su sello de un concepto de ultra lujo y servicio personalizado en un hotel boutique de 80 habitaciones que tiene como fecha de apertura el 2014.<\/p>\n

Ya desde 2007 la empresa norteamericana hab\u00eda comenzado a concebir el proyecto con miras a iniciar operaciones en el 2008; sin embargo, ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o cuando empiece a funcionar el inmueble desarrollado por el despacho Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos sobre una superficie de 80 mil m2, de un total de 100 hect\u00e1reas,\u00a0 en donde ya se construy\u00f3 un campo de golf de 18 hoyos, casas de playa y departamentos, as\u00ed como casas alrededor del campo, y como complemento un club de playa privado y un Auriga Spa.<\/p>\n

Fundado en 2002, West Paces Hotel Group se convirti\u00f3 en la empresa de administraci\u00f3n de hoteles de lujo de m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido crecimiento. A finales del 2011 cambi\u00f3 su nombre por el de Capella Hotel Group para capitalizar la exitosa marca de lujo que cre\u00f3 la divisi\u00f3n hotelera. Las locaciones con que cuenta la marca son: Breidenbacher Hof, un Capella Hotel (D\u00fcsseldorf, Alemania); Capella Singapore (Isla Sentosa, Singapur); Capella Georgetown (Washington, DC). En M\u00e9xico opera: Capella Ixtapa (Zihuatanejo, Guerrero); Capella Pedregal (Cabo San Lucas, BCS); adem\u00e1s el consorcio maneja las firmas: Sol\u00eds Hotels & Resorts, Independent Hotels y Auriga Spa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
