Como bien dicen las oportunidades no llegan solas, y es el caso del consorcio hotelero Real Resorts, que comanda el empresario Fernando Garc\u00eda Zalvidea, pues tiene de frente la posibilidad de expandir su presencia, incluso, al plano internacional.<\/p>\n

Aunque de inicio corr\u00eda la versi\u00f3n de una posible venta de activos por parte del grupo, como ya hizo antes al cerrar negociaciones con las firmas espa\u00f1olas RIU y Barcel\u00f3, resulta que a propuesta de un grupo hotelero asentado en otras latitudes se lleva a cabo el estudio y an\u00e1lisis para una posible fusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Por obvias razones, el mandam\u00e1s de Real Resorts mantiene en el anonimato el nombre del corporativo interesado en sumar o sumarse a la oferta de mil 700 llaves que opera en cuatro hoteles de\u00a0 Canc\u00fan y Playa del Carmen, pero asegura que es un reconocimiento a los 25 a\u00f1os de trayectoria y probada experiencia del grupo.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de los cuatro hoteles que opera el consorcio en Quintana Roo, tienen como filial a la agencia Best Day Travel y a DMC, pionera en el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas para el fomento de la industria tur\u00edstica, lo que en conjunto da oportunidad de empleo a m\u00e1s de cuatro mil colaboradores.<\/p>\n

Hasta ahora la moneda est\u00e1 en el aire, y habr\u00e1 que esperar al mes de septiembre pr\u00f3ximo a que concluya el proceso de negociaci\u00f3n para saber si el consorcio local aceptar\u00e1 la oportunidad de crecer en oferta de habitaciones y tener presencia en m\u00e1s destinos.<\/p>\n
