A partir del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, Apple Leisure Group (ALG) y Grupo Inversor Hesperia (GIHSA) operar\u00e1n cuatro resorts vacacionales en Espa\u00f1a bajo las marcas de AMResorts, esto tras el acuerdo firmado entre ambos grupos hoteleros, el cual se dio a conocer recientemente.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Este es el primer acuerdo al que llega GIHSA tras dar por terminada su gesti\u00f3n en los hoteles que ten\u00eda con NH; es as\u00ed que en los siguientes meses continuar\u00e1 su avance para concretar sus planes de expansi\u00f3n en esta nueva etapa. De igual forma la empresa de gesti\u00f3n de marcas hoteleras AMResorts, que cuenta con un portafolio de 55 resorts que suman 21 mil habitaciones, desarrolla actualmente 10 mil nuevas llaves y crecer\u00e1 en su estrategia de expansi\u00f3n en conjunto con GIHSA.<\/p>\n

Los cuatro hoteles que operar\u00e1n estos grupos a partir de 2019 ser\u00e1n: dos con la marca Secrets Resorts & Spas (solo para adultos) y dos m\u00e1s dirigidos al sector familia-friendly, a trav\u00e9s de Dreams Resorts & Spas y Amigo Resorts.<\/p>\n

Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa abrir\u00e1 sus puertas en marzo 2019; en mayo, Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa y Amigo Fuerteventura Resort; en noviembre se pondr\u00e1 en marcha Dreams Lanzarote Resort & Spa, propiedad que elevar\u00e1 la calidad de su producto de cuatro a cinco estrellas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
