{"id":35131,"date":"2019-01-14T18:18:16","date_gmt":"2019-01-14T23:18:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/?p=35131"},"modified":"2019-02-01T13:04:38","modified_gmt":"2019-02-01T18:04:38","slug":"caminante-no-hay-camino-la-sectur-hara-el-camino-en-chetumal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=35131","title":{"rendered":"Caminante no hay camino, la Sectur har\u00e1 el camino en Chetumal: Senador Jos\u00e9 Luis Pech"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Se pens\u00f3 reubicar a la Sectur en Chetumal, para reactivarla, pero sobre todo porque es una ciudad que est\u00e1 en el estado m\u00e1s tur\u00edstico del pa\u00eds y tambi\u00e9n para impulsar con cuidado el turismo en esta regi\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Chetumal-y-la-Sectur.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-35136\" src=\"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Chetumal-y-la-Sectur.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"958\" height=\"596\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEst\u00e1 dada la visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para que la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo se traslade a Chetumal, ahora las condiciones habr\u00e1 que crearlas en donde sea necesario, hay muchas que s\u00ed existen; destac\u00f3 el Senador Jose Luis Pech Varguez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>no se pens\u00f3 llevar la Sectur a Chetumal porque all\u00ed fuere el mejor lugar<\/strong> desde el punto de vista de conectividad a\u00e9rea o de infraestructura, sino porque el gobierno federal desde que hace esta descentralizaci\u00f3n beneficia a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y genera beneficios a donde se traslade.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que \u201c<strong>se trata de acercar servicios<\/strong>; por ejemplo, si en estos sitios no hay tantos vuelos de avi\u00f3n, habr\u00e1 que proporcionarlos; pasar\u00e1 lo mismo con el tren maya. Cuando alguien dice: \u2018\u00bfpara qu\u00e9 lo hacen si no hay pasajeros en la ruta? \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasajeros se van a subir?\u2019, entonces respondo: no hubiera existido Canc\u00fan. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos pasajeros ten\u00edamos para Canc\u00fan cuando se decidi\u00f3 crearlo? <strong>Se crea un producto para que \u00e9ste cambie el entorno,<\/strong> el objetivo es que la gente aproveche esta conexi\u00f3n al poder visitar Calakmul, Tulum, Palenque, M\u00e9rida, Chich\u00e9n Itz\u00e1, etc\u00e9tera\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aclar\u00f3 que por ello se pens\u00f3 r<strong>eubicar a la Sectur en Chetumal, para reactivarla<\/strong>, pero sobre todo porque es una ciudad que est\u00e1 en el estado m\u00e1s tur\u00edstico del pa\u00eds y tambi\u00e9n para impulsar con cuidado el turismo en esta regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los recursos que recib\u00edan los municipios,\u00a0para los pueblos m\u00e1gicos coment\u00f3 que <strong>aunque desaparezca esta distinci\u00f3n, los apoyos seguir\u00e1n<\/strong>, porque no basta con llamarles as\u00ed si no resolvemos el conjunto para que sea exitoso, \u00abcomo sucede en Calakmul, que aunque es un sitio precioso, no se ve la derrama por el problema de la log\u00edstica con el transporte\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Acot\u00f3 que de los beneficios fiscales liberados en el norte del pa\u00eds, el Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, dijo que lo iba a analizar. T<strong>an pronto se termine la parte norte se revisar\u00e1n todos los impactos negativos y positivos<\/strong> y entonces es cuando se estudiar\u00e1 la zona sur.<\/p>\n<p>Del inicio de la construcci\u00f3n del Tramo Caribe del Tren Maya comparti\u00f3 que el proyecto arranca en Palenque, y que ya sali\u00f3 el nombre del coordinador del proyecto del tren maya, por lo que habr\u00e1 mayor celeridad. <strong>Este a\u00f1o ser\u00e1 un periodo de estudios<\/strong> y en los lugares en donde ya las hay, pues se iniciar\u00e1n los cambios para el nuevo tipo de v\u00eda que se instalar\u00e1, entonces faltan que se d\u00e9 la licitaci\u00f3n de los estudios.<\/p>\n<p>Concluy\u00f3 en que los lugares en donde hay v\u00edas ya se hicieron los estudios de mec\u00e1nicas de suelos, ahora <strong>falta que estos se realicen en el estado<\/strong> y se vea en donde no habr\u00e1 hundimientos por los cenotes y las grutas del territorio.\u00a0Para un proyecto de 150 mil millones de pesos, <strong>ya se abon\u00f3 un capital semilla de 6 mil millones de pesos, lo que es muy importante para los europeos y chinos que estar\u00e1n participando.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span
