M\u00e1s de siete mil profesionistas de la industria petrolera, representantes de 225 empresas de 20 pa\u00edses, asistieron a este congreso inaugurado por el secretario de Energ\u00eda (Sener), Pedro Joaqu\u00edn Coldwell, y Emilio Lozoya Austin, director general de Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex). Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n del evento, Joaqu\u00edn Coldwell se\u00f1ala que entre las propuestas de la Reforma Energ\u00e9tica que ser\u00e1 presentada en el segundo semestre de este a\u00f1o estar\u00e1n el fortalecimiento de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Hidrocarburos, \u201cque cobrar\u00e1 el papel que le corresponde en la normatividad y supervisi\u00f3n del sector\u201d. Entre los planes a futuro de Pemex, destac\u00f3 la posible reactivaci\u00f3n del proyecto del ducto para Quintana Roo (que data de hace 10 a\u00f1os), cuyo origen sea Progreso, contin\u00fae en Valladolid, Yucat\u00e1n, y concluya en Leona Vicario, municipio de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Q. Roo, con una inversi\u00f3n superior a los 100 mdd. Asimismo se dio a conocer que Acapulco, Guerrero, ser\u00e1 sede de este importante evento en 2014.<\/p>\n
