Volkswagen\u00a0(VW) anunciaron hoy una\u00a0alianza\u00a0para la producci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos comerciales y camionetas pickup para mercados globales, lo que les permitir\u00e1 ahorrar costes de desarrollo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las compa\u00f1\u00edas se\u00f1alaron en un comunicado conjunto que la alianza no supone el intercambio de participaciones accionariales,\u00a0por lo que <strong>firmaron un memorando de entendimiento<\/strong> para \u201cinvestigar la colaboraci\u00f3n en veh\u00edculos aut\u00f3nomos, servicios de movilidad y veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En teleconferencia con medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y analistas financieros, los directores generales <strong>de Ford,\u00a0Jim Hackett, y VW,\u00a0Herbert Diess, recalcaron que la alianza no supone el intercambio de acciones ni se prev\u00e9 que ocurra en el futuro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los veh\u00edculos frutos de la colaboraci\u00f3n, <strong>aunque compartir\u00e1n arquitecturas<\/strong> y otros aspectos fundamentales, tendr\u00e1n identidades propias a Ford y VW,\u00a0<strong>las dos firmas se mantendr\u00e1n como entidades separadas<\/strong> y\u00a0cada una desarrollar\u00e1 vanes comerciales y pickups medianas para el mercado global en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Tambien, Hackett aclar\u00f3 que <strong>Ford no espera que la alianza con VW<\/strong> implique la reducci\u00f3n de la fuerza laboral de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La cooperaci\u00f3n en el terreno de la camioneta pickup de tama\u00f1o medio e<strong>st\u00e1 especialmente pensada para los mercados de Suram\u00e9rica, Europa y \u00c1frica,<\/strong> explic\u00f3\u00a0<strong>Jim Farley<\/strong>, presidente de Mercados Globales de Ford.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que\u00a0la empresa \u201char\u00e1 todo lo que tenga que hacer\u201d para que<strong> sea rentable<\/strong> en Europa.\u00a0\u201cHay \u00e1reas que no est\u00e1n rindiendo de forma adecuada y vamos a lidiar con eso\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>t\u00e9rminos de esta alianza<\/strong> se dar\u00e1n a conocer en los siguientes meses.\u00a0Se espera que la cooperaci\u00f3n mejorar\u00e1 los resultados de
