{"id":35485,"date":"2019-01-17T16:45:29","date_gmt":"2019-01-17T21:45:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/?p=35242"},"modified":"2019-02-01T10:37:34","modified_gmt":"2019-02-01T15:37:34","slug":"un-sueno-hecho-realidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=35485","title":{"rendered":"Un sue\u00f1o\u00a0hecho\u00a0realidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Puerto-Aventuras-1.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-35277\" src=\"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Puerto-Aventuras-1-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>El complejo tur\u00edstico Puerto Aventuras contin\u00faa su crecimiento con nuevas inversiones hoteleras por m\u00e1s de 100 mdd<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Lo que inici\u00f3 como el sue\u00f1o de un hombre que lleg\u00f3 hace m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas a inspeccionar la zona para determinar futuras inversiones, es <strong>hoy en d\u00eda uno de los desarrollos tur\u00edsticos de mayor plusval\u00eda en Quintana Roo,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Puerto Aventuras<\/strong>, donde recientemente un grupo de empresarios y amigos celebraron el XXX aniversario del inicio de las obras.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de la presentaci\u00f3n del libro <i>Puerto Aventuras <\/i>-una recopilaci\u00f3n de fotograf\u00edas y textos sobre la historia de esa comunidad-, el presidente de este megaproyecto, <strong>Rom\u00e1n Rivera Torres, record\u00f3 que hace tres d\u00e9cadas un grupo de pioneros que detonaron el corredor Canc\u00fan-Tulum lanzaron el primer desarrollo residencial tur\u00edstico de gran escala<\/strong>, con todas las dificultades que conlleva el abrir brecha en tierra virgen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTreinta a\u00f1os son toda una vida,<strong> es un proyecto de vida lo que hicimos aqu\u00ed, y no ha terminado, falta mucho<\/strong>. <strong>Quer\u00edamos hacer una celebraci\u00f3n especial<\/strong> y pensamos muchas formas, hab\u00eda la gran fiesta para hacer la promoci\u00f3n y dem\u00e1s, el evento de Puerto Aventuras se prestaba para otras cosas; <strong>la hicimos en familia, con colaboradores, la gente que crey\u00f3 en el concepto<\/strong>; la gente que siempre nos ha apoyado, y por eso lo hicimos en familia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Acerca de c\u00f3mo surgi\u00f3 la idea del proyecto, narra que <strong>lleg\u00f3 a la zona de Akumal como constructor y buzo para extraer la arqueolog\u00eda subacu\u00e1tica<\/strong>; de inmediato qued\u00f3 fascinado con el lugar, por lo que decidi\u00f3 quedarse y adquirir tierras para crear el concepto que <strong>actualmente cuenta con cuatro hoteles (850 cuartos), condominios, que junto con los cuartos hoteleros suman cuatro mil llaves), campo de golf y tres marinas con capacidad para 600 yates,<\/strong> adem\u00e1s de otro tipo de infraestructura que abre las puertas al segmento tur\u00edstico de alto poder adquisitivo.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_35276\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Puerto-Aventuras-5.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-35276\" class=\"wp-image-35276 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Puerto-Aventuras-5-1024x691.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"691\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-35276\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">110 mdd se invertir\u00e1n en dos hoteles\u00a0que se inaugurar\u00e1n en 2020, con 12,000 llaves entre hoteleras y de condominios.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Mi sue\u00f1o siempre fue hacer un desarrollo integral<\/strong>, no un edificio aqu\u00ed, una casa all\u00e1, sino algo integral, que cada palmera, cada edificio, dieran plusval\u00eda unos a otros, y as\u00ed empez\u00f3. No hubo una visi\u00f3n de mi parte de decir esto va a ser el proyecto, <strong>lo fuimos creando a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o y se fue adecuando al mercado<\/strong>, a las caracter\u00edsticas de la zona, a la demanda, inclusive a la pol\u00edtica en cuanto a las estrategias tur\u00edsticas y se fue dando, es as\u00ed que ya hoy se consolid\u00f3, tenemos un desarrollo. Yo como desarrollador ya termin\u00e9, ahora <strong>estamos trabajando en consolidar una comunidad<\/strong>, que es una labor de perfeccionar lo que ya hicimos y esa es eterna, no termina\u201d, platic\u00f3 el empresario.<\/p>\n<p>De igual forma destac\u00f3 que se eligi\u00f3 esa zona para desarrollar <strong>Puerto Aventuras<\/strong> porque cuenta con todas las caracter\u00edsticas para la realizaci\u00f3n de un gran proyecto tur\u00edstico, <strong>posee la mejor playa, caleta, cenotes, adem\u00e1s de que es el punto m\u00e1s cercano a Cozumel y es la parte media del corredor Canc\u00fan-Tulum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a lo que sigue para el complejo, Rivera Torres dijo que <strong>falta por edificar dos hoteles que se concluir\u00e1n en 2020, los cuales sumar\u00e1n 400 cuartos<\/strong> m\u00e1s a la oferta existente; agreg\u00f3 que se construir\u00e1n m\u00e1s casas y condominios, adem\u00e1s de que <strong>se planea recomprar algunas cosas<\/strong> que vendieron hace 30 a\u00f1os <strong>con el fin de mejorarlas, optimizarlas<\/strong> y hacer un desarrollo cada d\u00eda mejor.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda este desarrollo da empleo a seis mil de las 25 mil personas que forman parte del pueblo de apoyo. <strong>A lo largo de 30 a\u00f1os se han hecho inversiones que suman 800 mdd y cuando se termine de desarrollar el total ser\u00e1 de mil 200
