src=\"http:\/\/www.latitud21.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/estacion-de-carga-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>El pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o iniciar\u00e1 la construcci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de tres talleres de servicio t\u00e9cnico para el Tren Maya en Esc\u00e1rcega, Chetumal y M\u00e9rida, mientras que la capital de Quintana Roo albergar\u00e1 una estaci\u00f3n de carga.&nbsp;<\/strong>Tal como lo inform\u00f3 Pablo Careaga C\u00f3rdova, encargado del tramo Caribe del Tren Maya, en el marco de la reuni\u00f3n de trabajo, celebrado en las instalaciones de la Canaco Servitur a integrantes del Consejo Coordinador Empresarial de Chetumal y a representantes ejidales y de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista Pablo Careaga indic\u00f3 que todas <strong>las obras primero tendr\u00e1n que pasar por las etapas de estudios,<\/strong> dise\u00f1o del proyecto ejecutivo, evaluaci\u00f3n ambiental, licitaci\u00f3n y posteriormente la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra, por lo que los planes presentados son preliminares y est\u00e1n en funci\u00f3n de la factibilidad ambiental y urbana, primordialmente.<\/p>\n<p>Hay mucha disponibilidad y expectativa en torno al proyecto, ante lo cual s<strong>e debe avanzar con muchas reservas para no generar fen\u00f3menos especulativos<\/strong> que generen el efecto contrario que se pretende con el tren, es decir, que el proyecto sea un elemento que reorganice el desarrollo urbano y econ\u00f3mico de sus zonas de influencia y no, por el contrario, que genere crecimiento an\u00e1rquico y sin planeaci\u00f3n, mencion\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>En tanto <strong>el presidente del Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles de Quintana Roo,&nbsp;Amir Efr\u00e9n Padilla Espadas<\/strong>, dijo que le manifestaron a Careaga C\u00f3rdova <strong>la inquietud del sector de la construcci\u00f3n local<\/strong> en el sentido de que puedan quedar fuera de los contratos de construcci\u00f3n si \u00e9stos se otorgan a consorcios que cuentan con filiales en los diferentes procesos de planeaci\u00f3n, arquitectura, construcci\u00f3n y suministro de insumos.<\/p>\n<p>Pablo Careaga se comprometi\u00f3 a dar cumplimiento a las instrucciones del presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, y del director del Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo, Rogelio Jim\u00e9nez Pons, de beneficiar con <strong>contratos de obra primero a las empresas locales, en segundo lugar a firmas estatales y por \u00faltimo a compa\u00f1\u00edas nacionales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cS\u00f3lo cuando <strong>la magnitud de las diferentes etapas<\/strong> no pueda ser atendida por empresas locales, regionales o nacionales se optar\u00e1 por abrir las concesiones a consorcios internacionales\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el l\u00edder de los ingenieros civiles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Padilla Espadas precis\u00f3 que estas reuniones abonan a la credibilidad del proyecto.&nbsp;<\/strong>\u201cLo que nos inform\u00f3 Pablo Careaga es que la intenci\u00f3n es abrir a la sociedad el di\u00e1logo en sus diferentes escalas, en la parte t\u00e9cnica, social, acad\u00e9mica y empresarial\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Amir Efr\u00e9n Padilla estim\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n de un taller de mantenimiento y carga en Chetumal <strong>\u201cdinamizar\u00e1 la econom\u00eda de la capital y sus alrededores, tanto en su fase de construcci\u00f3n como en etapas posteriores<\/strong>, ya que estar\u00edamos hablando de una ca\u00edda en el costo de los insumos y de mejorar las cadenas comerciales que nos permitir\u00edan intensificar las relaciones comerciales con Centroam\u00e9rica, especialmente con
