De acuerdo con el Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora y Manufacturera de Exportaci\u00f3n (Index Nacional),\u00a0cinco empresas del sector automotriz y electr\u00f3nico han decidido salir del pa\u00eds,\u00a0en medio de las huelgas laborales en Matamoros, Tamaulipas,<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cPr\u00e1cticamente, dos empresas y tres m\u00e1s que no han firmado<\/strong>, estamos hablando de cinco empresas que han anunciado que se van del pa\u00eds y son del sector automotriz y del electr\u00f3nico. Estas compa\u00f1\u00edas estar\u00e1n informando al respecto en cuanto tengan la autorizaci\u00f3n de sus corporativos\u201d, dijo Luis Aguirre Lang, presidente del Consejo en conferencia telef\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n

Estas empresas generan alrededor de 30,000 empleos<\/strong> para la industria maquiladora y manufacturera.\u00a0Entre las firmas que saldr\u00edan de M\u00e9xico se encuentra APTIV, que tiene alrededor de 17 plantas de manufactura en siete estados diferentes del pa\u00eds<\/strong> y la cual planeaba invertir para el desarrollo de autopartes.<\/p>\n

Desde inicios de 2019, Matamoros se encuentra en medio de paros laborales<\/strong> en al menos 40 empresas de la industria manufacturera y maquiladora.<\/p>\n

Esta situaci\u00f3n se desat\u00f3 ante la revisi\u00f3n de contratos colectivos en los que trabajadores piden un aumento de 20% a sus tabuladores y un bono \u00fanico de 32,000 pesos.<\/strong> Lo anterior involucra aproximadamente a 45 empresas maquiladoras<\/strong>, la mayor parte de ellas del sector de autopartes<\/strong>, de acuerdo con datos de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS).<\/p>\n

Por otra parte, Aguirre Lang se\u00f1al\u00f3 que existen 37 empresas en paro ilegal<\/strong>, lo que incluye a 13 firmas del sector automotriz, con las cuales la Junta Local de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje local se declar\u00f3 incompetente para llevar su proceso, por lo que los expedientes de las revisiones de tabulador de estas empresas ser\u00e1n trasladados a la Junta federal.<\/p>\n

Pese a ello, hasta este 29 de enero, alrededor de 13 empresas ya firmaron convenios en los que cedieron a las exigencias de los trabajadores sindicalizados.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
