Estar\u00e1 de moda en 2019 para complacer a aquellos cansados de las Tripes IPA y Stouts. Las cerveceras se enamoraron de este estilo y los consumidores lo har\u00e1n muy pronto.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las de fermentaci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea. En Estados Unidos hay varias que se especializan en este proceso, en el cual se abre el mosto para que la microflora del ambiente fermente la cerveza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este procedimiento lo absorben las marcas locales, algunas de las cuales optan por ingredientes de la regi\u00f3n. Se espera que otras peque\u00f1as compa\u00f1\u00edas de la industria comiencen a aplicar el mismo m\u00e9todo para mitigar el impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el crecimiento y surgimiento de m\u00e1s microcerveceras, los taprooms estar\u00e1n en boga en 2019, cuando los consumidores disfrutar\u00e1n las propias creaciones de las cerveceras y de un espacio de encuentro y reuni\u00f3n para quienes aman esta bebida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la industria va por m\u00e1s ya que apostar\u00e1 por el desarrollo de otros productos como el chocolate, pan y caf\u00e9, pues comparten muchas
