GO albergar\u00e1 tres hoteles <\/strong>de las marcas City Express Plus, City Express Suites y NH.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Gicsa<\/strong> present\u00f3 este lunes su nuevo concepto de centro comercial que desarrolla en Canc\u00fan. Se trata de Grand Outlet (GO) Riviera Maya <\/strong>que contar\u00e1 con una inversi\u00f3n de 3 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abraham Cababie, CEO de Gicsa, refiri\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s de la inversi\u00f3n de la desarrolladora inmobiliaria, los socios comerciales aportar\u00e1n otros 3 mil millones de pesos en el proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abGrand Outlet tendr\u00e1 las mejores marcas del mundo, sabemos lo que la gente quiere porque el 70 por ciento de los Outlets del pa\u00eds lo hemos desarrollado nosotros\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 Cababie durante la colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agreg\u00f3 que GO es parte de los Malltertaiment<\/strong>, que tienen como caracter\u00edstica la oferta gastron\u00f3mica y de entretenimiento, pero ir\u00e1 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 al adaptar atractivos que no son propios del lugar como una pista de hielo techada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este mall ser\u00e1 entre 2 y 3 veces m\u00e1s grande que las plazas comerciales de la zona y competir\u00e1 con el m\u00e1s grande el pa\u00eds, Centro Comercial Santa Fe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con una extensi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 250 mil metros cuadrados (m2), tendr\u00e1 90 mil m2 de \u00c1rea Bruta Rentable (ABR) en la que se distribuir\u00e1n 160 ofertas comerciales, adem\u00e1s de 16 opciones de entretenimiento en un espacio de 40 mil m2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abEntre las opciones de entretenimiento habr\u00e1 un auditorio para 7 mil 500 personas, cuerpos de agua por m\u00e1s de 80 mil m2, parque de diversiones, pista de hielo, la pista m\u00e1s grande del mundo de go karts y globo aerost\u00e1tico\u00bb, detall\u00f3 el directivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ir\u00e1 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 al adaptar atractivos que no son propios del lugar como una pista de hielo techada.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, GO albergar\u00e1 tres hoteles <\/strong>de las marcas City Express Plus, City Express Suites y NH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cababie se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la construcci\u00f3n del desarrollo tardar\u00e1 aproximadamente 18 meses, por lo que la apertura ser\u00e1 en octubre de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adelant\u00f3 que Grand Outlet estar\u00e1 en otras 2 zonas tur\u00edsticas del pa\u00eds y una de ellas ser\u00e1 la Riviera Nayarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El directivo record\u00f3 que 2018 fue un a\u00f1o fruct\u00edfero para la firma, pues abrieron tres Malltertaiment: La Isla M\u00e9rida, Explanada Puebla y Paseo Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abAs\u00ed seguiremos hasta 2023, con Malltertaiment en las 14 ciudades principales del pa\u00eds\u00bb, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, Miguel Torruco, secretario de Turismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n privada es fundamental para la generaci\u00f3n de riqueza y empleos, por lo que este tipo de proyectos se requieren en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
