proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n por parte de la Sectur, en coordinaci\u00f3n con Hacienda. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Al anunciar la Estrategia Nacional de Turismo 2019-2024 en Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Miguel Torruco Marqu\u00e9s, secretario de Turismo, afirm\u00f3 que para evitar la competencia desleal con los hoteles establecidos en todo el pa\u00eds, Airbnb ser\u00e1 fiscalizado como cualquier centro de hospedaje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abUna lucha eterna que ha tenido el sector tur\u00edstico, en especial la hoteler\u00eda, que a m\u00ed me toc\u00f3 vivir como presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteleros hoy ser\u00e1 una realidad, el evitar la&nbsp;<em>extraoferta<\/em>&nbsp;hotelera que es una parte negativa y que compite de una forma desleal con la hoteler\u00eda del pa\u00eds\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Torruco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El esquema para regular esta y otras plataformas de hospedaje est\u00e1 en proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n por parte de la Sectur, en coordinaci\u00f3n con Hacienda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no se defini\u00f3 una fecha estimada para que entre en vigor, ya que la medida pretende generar una mayor recaudaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abYa estamos trabajando con el secretario de Hacienda, en las mesas de trabajo con tambi\u00e9n la subsecretar\u00eda de Normatividad que preside Humberto Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para llevar a cabo la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la <em>extraoferta\u00a0<\/em>hotelera en el caso de plataformas de Airbnb que fortalecer\u00e1 el ingreso fiscal para el pa\u00eds, pero tambi\u00e9n el apoyo fundamental para el cobro del impuesto al hospedaje, para fomentar e incrementar la promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica en los estados\u00bb, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El esquema
