{"id":36404,"date":"2019-02-26T13:25:46","date_gmt":"2019-02-26T18:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=36404"},"modified":"2019-09-27T16:36:10","modified_gmt":"2019-09-27T21:36:10","slug":"las-5-estrategias-de-sectur-para-impulsar-el-turismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=36404","title":{"rendered":"las 5 estrategias de Sectur para impulsar el Turismo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miguel Torruco, secretario de Turismo, dijo que se debe equilibrar la actividad tur\u00edstica que est\u00e1 concentrada en 5 destinos.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El domingo, en Chetumal, Quintana Roo, el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo (Sectur), present\u00f3 las 5 estrategias gubernamentales para el crecimiento y fomento del turismo en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miguel Torruco destac\u00f3 que el Turismo en M\u00e9xico se coloca como referente mundial y que genera el 8.8 por ciento del PIB, genera 4 millones de empleos directos y 6 millones indirectos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que el 67.6 por ciento de los turistas del pa\u00eds provienen de Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero pese a los n\u00fameros que genera el sector, Torruco se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los beneficios no impactan a toda la poblaci\u00f3n y que M\u00e9xico se ha convertido en un pa\u00eds en el que <strong>conviven \u2018Para\u00edsos Tur\u00edsticos\u2019 e \u2018Infiernos de Marginaci\u00f3n\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl 26.5 por ciento de los habitantes de las zonas tur\u00edsticas est\u00e1n en pobreza, 13.3 por ciento tienen rezago educativo, 16.9 por ciento no tienen acceso a servicios de salud y el 45.6 por ciento no tiene prestaciones en su trabajo\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para acabar con esa desigualdad se generar\u00e1n 5 proyectos y estrategias detonadoras.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. El primero, dijo, es el&nbsp;<strong>Tren Maya<\/strong>, que recorrer\u00e1 190 destinos tur\u00edsticos del sureste del pa\u00eds y que impulsar\u00e1 la derrama en zonas arqueol\u00f3gicas, playas, pueblos m\u00e1gicos y ciudades patrimonio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La segunda estrategia se llama&nbsp;<strong>\u2018Fortalecer Destinos\u2019<\/strong>. En ese sentido se busca equilibrar la actividad tur\u00edstica que est\u00e1 concentrada en cinco regiones: Tijuana; Los Cabos; Puerto Vallarta y Riviera Nayarit; Canc\u00fan-Riviera Maya y la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que para <strong>descentralizar el turismo<\/strong> se trabaja en la creaci\u00f3n de atractivos ancla en diversas ciudades como el Museo de Armando Manzanero en M\u00e9rida, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuevas rutas de Turib\u00fas, el Museo Dolores del R\u00edo en Durango y la creaci\u00f3n del \u2018China Town\u2019 en Mexicali, del cual ya se coloc\u00f3 la primera piedra, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. La tercera estrategia consiste en el&nbsp;<strong>Fortalecimiento del Mercado Interno<\/strong>. Para ello se crear\u00e1n dos programas: el primero se llamar\u00e1 \u2018Disfruta M\u00e9xico\u2019 y su objetivo es acabar con la estacionalidad del turismo en temporadas bajas mediante paquetes de bajo costo en \u00e9pocas que no son vacacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo programa se llama \u2018<strong>Sonrisas por M\u00e9xico\u2019<\/strong> y fomentar\u00e1 el turismo como derecho universal para que las personas de escasos recursos viajen gratis por el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. La cuarta estrategia es la de la&nbsp;<strong>Diversificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. En ella se plantean dos programas espec\u00edficos: &#8216;Operaci\u00f3n Toca Puertas&#8217;, que busca diversificar los mercados y posicionar a M\u00e9xico como destino referente ante nichos de poder adquisitivo alto como el Reino Unido y los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo programa de esta estrategia se llama <strong>\u2018Reencuentro con mis ra\u00edces<\/strong>\u2019 y buscar\u00e1 incrementar el gasto y los viajes de la poblaci\u00f3n mexicoamericana. Indic\u00f3 que se buscar\u00e1 que el gasto promedio per c\u00e1pita del turista sea de 150 d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Y el quinto eje de la estrategia de turismo es la&nbsp;<strong>Vinculaci\u00f3n Multisectorial.&nbsp;<\/strong>Actualmente, dijo Torruco, el turismo presenta un desarrollo asim\u00e9trico en t\u00e9rminos de su potencial. Se proyecta el restablecimiento de zonas tur\u00edsticas urbanas y rurales que requieren de modernizaci\u00f3n y rescate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s dijo que se har\u00e1 una <strong>modernizaci\u00f3n del Atlas Tur\u00edstico con nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de informaci\u00f3n. <\/strong>Tambi\u00e9n se llevar\u00e1n a cabo programas de capacitaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n del personal de servicio tur\u00edstico y se asegurar\u00e1 de que existan est\u00e1ndares de calidad altos con ayuda de la iniciativa privada, para que el servicio al turista
