plataforma sostiene que\u00a0persiste en el di\u00e1logo abierto con gobiernos y actores de la industria pol\u00edtica,\u00a0as\u00ed como su amplia cooperaci\u00f3n para lograr un acuerdo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Airbnb atraviesa por varias batallas legales, especialmente dentro de Estados Unidos y Europa, a medida que los pa\u00edses i<strong>ntentan limitar el impacto en los precios de alquiler de alojamiento <\/strong>as\u00ed como la disponibilidad de propiedades para renta a largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>En M\u00e9xico hemos\u00a0propuesto modelos innovadores de regulaci\u00f3n\u00a0y seguimos promoviendo<\/strong> reglas de avanzada que fomenten la inclusi\u00f3n de las personas comunes y las comunidades m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as en el turismo\u201d<\/em>, ha asegurado Airbnb por medio de una\u00a0carta a Reuters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Actualmente, Airbnb coopera con\u00a011 gobiernos locales<\/strong>, siete en materia impositiva y cinco de colaboraci\u00f3n, incluyendo a los estados de Baja California Norte y Sur, Oaxaca, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Guerrero, Yucat\u00e1n, Jalisco, Sinaloa, Colima y Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cContinuaremos trabajando de cerca con la comunidad y\u00a0<strong>formando parte del di\u00e1logo con las autoridades <\/strong>nacionales con el fin de hacer de M\u00e9xico un pa\u00eds l\u00edder en el turismo sostenible, democr\u00e1tico y para todos\u201d<\/em>, finaliz\u00f3 su comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, este no es el \u00fanico problema que enfrenta en el pa\u00eds la plataforma de servicio de hospedaje entre particulares, ya que hasta el momento permanecen sin resoluci\u00f3n los <strong>se\u00f1alamientos previos realizados por Profeco<\/strong> sobre algunas irregularidades en este tipo de plataformas como: el no contar con domicilio fiscal ni tel\u00e9fonos en M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como su pr\u00e1ctica de desligarse de responsabilidades durante la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios de alojamiento y tur\u00edsticos que se ofrecen en el sitio web.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En cuanto a la
