{"id":36777,"date":"2019-03-21T10:21:09","date_gmt":"2019-03-21T15:21:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=36777"},"modified":"2021-03-01T11:54:21","modified_gmt":"2021-03-01T16:54:21","slug":"esta-startup-va-por-10-mil-casas-inteligentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=36777","title":{"rendered":"Esta startup va por 10 mil casas inteligentes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Un kit ronda los 17 mil pesos e incluye instalaci\u00f3n con aditamentos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante 2019, la&nbsp;<strong>startup mexicana Kupiix&nbsp;<\/strong>buscar\u00e1 convertir a 10 mil viviendas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y \u00e1rea Metropolitana en casas inteligentes, a trav\u00e9s de alianzas con desarrolladores y precios competitivos en el mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kupiix\u00a0<\/strong>ofrece la posibilidad de tener una casa automatizada sin la necesidad de adquirir electrodom\u00e9sticos o equipos de audio y televisi\u00f3n inteligente, ya que cuentan con un adaptador que los convierte en smart, explic\u00f3 Roberto Arizmendi, director general de la startup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que un kit de su empresa ronda los 17 mil pesos, lo que incluye la instalaci\u00f3n con aditamentos y en los siguientes a\u00f1os se pagan casi 5 mil pesos, adem\u00e1s de que la misma compa\u00f1\u00eda es la encargada de dise\u00f1ar, fabricar y crear toda la tecnolog\u00eda que comercializan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNuestra filosof\u00eda es volver inteligente una casa sin la necesidad de m\u00e1s gastos que el propio kit que la hace inteligente. No pagamos ni una sola regal\u00eda a nadie, somos due\u00f1os de toda la plataforma y de la fabricaci\u00f3n de los equipos por eso ponemos el precio justo a las cosas\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su primer a\u00f1o de operaci\u00f3n tuvieron un alcance de mil 200 viviendas por equipos instalados en nuevos desarrollos, ya que una smart home se venden 10 veces m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que una casa ordinaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un kit ronda los 17 mil pesos e incluye instalaci\u00f3n con aditamentos.
