{"id":37174,"date":"2019-04-11T16:19:20","date_gmt":"2019-04-11T21:19:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=37174"},"modified":"2019-09-27T16:35:15","modified_gmt":"2019-09-27T21:35:15","slug":"mil-mdd-es-la-oferta-inicial-que-uber-presenta-en-bolsa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=37174","title":{"rendered":"Mil mdd es la oferta inicial que Uber presenta en Bolsa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Uber, empresa tecnol\u00f3gica de transporte on demand, present\u00f3 este jueves los documentos para realizar su Oferta P\u00fablica Inicial (OPI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnol\u00f3gica presentar\u00e1 una oferta inicial de mil millones de d\u00f3lares, una cifra que generalmente se utiliza como previa a las tarifas que cambiar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uber, con sede en San Francisco se presentar\u00e1 en la Bolsa de Nueva York bajo el &#8216;ticker&#8217; o s\u00edmbolo &#8216;UBER&#8217;, de acuerdo con la Comisi\u00f3n de Bolsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revel\u00f3 que gener\u00f3 un ingreso neto de 997 millones de d\u00f3lares en 2018 sobre ingresos de 11.3 mil millones, aunque las p\u00e9rdidas operativas fueron de 3.03 mil millones en ese a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de Uber se da luego de la oferta de 2.34 mil millones de d\u00f3lares de su rival en EU Lyft, que sucedi\u00f3 en marzo. Esa, hasta el momento, es la mayor OPI en Eu en lo que va de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lyft aument\u00f3 la cantidad de acciones que se vendieron y las tas\u00f3 en 72 d\u00f3lares por acci\u00f3n. Posteriormente cayeron a 61.01 d\u00f3lares por acci\u00f3n, reduciendo su valor de mercado a 17.4 mil millones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uber, empresa tecnol\u00f3gica de
