{"id":37442,"date":"2019-04-30T10:43:38","date_gmt":"2019-04-30T15:43:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=37442"},"modified":"2019-04-30T10:43:40","modified_gmt":"2019-04-30T15:43:40","slug":"penafiel-saldra-del-mercado-si-se-comprueba-arsenico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=37442","title":{"rendered":"Pe\u00f1afiel saldr\u00e1 del mercado, si se comprueba ars\u00e9nico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De comprobarse que el agua mineral de <strong>Pe\u00f1afiel <\/strong>que se vende en <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> tiene un alto contenido de<strong> ars\u00e9nico<\/strong> la<strong> Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco) proceder\u00e1 a \u00abinmovilizarla\u00bb es decir retirarla del mercado<\/strong>, asegur\u00f3 Ricardo Sheffield, titular de la dependencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso coment\u00f3 que desde que se dio a conocer la noticia <strong>en Estados Unidos, ya hay supermercados y tiendas de abarrotes que comenzaron a retirar el producto de anaqueles<\/strong> y consider\u00f3 que posiblemente la embotelladora tendr\u00e1 que dar una compensaci\u00f3n a los negocios que la distribuyen por las p\u00e9rdidas que esto implicar\u00e1. Sobre todo porque Pe\u00f1afiel ya reconoci\u00f3 que hay un problema e incluso par\u00f3 su l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El procurador record\u00f3 que Pe\u00f1afiel ten\u00eda hasta el lunes 29 de mayo para responder a la Profeco el requerimiento de informaci\u00f3n que formalmente se le hizo y s\u00f3lo por eso <strong>ser\u00e1 sancionada con una multa de 400
