Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador\u00a0\u201cnecesita una cirug\u00eda mayor\u201d y urge que el Congreso no lo apruebe sin avalarlo como \u201cun mero tr\u00e1mite\u201d, pugn\u00f3 Gustavo de Hoyos, presidente de la Confederaci\u00f3n Patronal de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana (<strong>Coparmex<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sostuvo que las definiciones de c\u00f3mo se van a alcanzar las metas planteadas son \u201cinexistentes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje semanal, la Se\u00f1al Coparmex, el dirigente patronal afirm\u00f3 que el PND es \u201cun diagn\u00f3stico repleto de culpas y de dogmas, con lo que termina siendo un documento sin rigor t\u00e9cnico, con algunas buenas intenciones, pero sin una ruta clara sobre c\u00f3mo conseguirlas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tanto, De Hoyos refiri\u00f3 que el rol de la<strong>&nbsp;C\u00e1mara de Diputados<\/strong>&nbsp;es una tarea fundamental, ya que su contribuci\u00f3n para la conformaci\u00f3n de un PND robusto y convincente no puede ser un mero tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs urgente que se definan par\u00e1metros m\u00e1s rigurosos para este documento, pues s\u00f3lo as\u00ed se marcar\u00e1 la pauta para los importantes
