Una de las maneras de combatir la sed y las altas temperaturas en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o es probar nuevas cervezas artesanales con toques c\u00edtricos, frutales o de trigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas recomendaciones para mitigar el calor en cualquier d\u00eda de la temporada son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marabasco: una Hefeweizen de Bavaria -levadura de trigo- que arroja aromas de clavo de olor y pl\u00e1tano, esencias frutales que se asemejan a los platanares del r\u00edo Marabasco en la frontera entre Colima y Jalisco. La bebida de Cervecer\u00eda Calavera se puede acompa\u00f1ar con ostiones, risottos y hasta un pozole, o bien con postres sencillos como cheesecakes y pays de frutas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanctum: una de las favoritas de Cervecer\u00eda Calavera. Es tambi\u00e9n una weizen con hoja santa, an\u00eds y nuez moscada. Es ideal para aquellos que les gusta probar nuevas experiencias, sabores y texturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hidromiel: una bebida de la cervecer\u00eda Cyprez hecha con base de malta de cebada y miel, que desprende aromas dulces. Se caracteriza por ser una cerveza de cuerpo medio y espuma blanquecina. Su color suele ser amarillo p\u00e1lido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Multiorgasmic Fuffylicious: la cervecer\u00eda Canneria brinda esta cerveza rosada que toma color gracias a la frambuesa durante la fermentaci\u00f3n de la fruta, lo cual le da un sabor \u00fanico y caracter\u00edstico de sabores frutales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pink Flaminga: la cerveza que conmemora la lucha en pro de la igualdad.
